“4th Time Still a Charming Respite”

Large, comfy rooms with small refrigerator surround a lovingly cared for garden and pool. Plenty of pool towels, outstanding complimentary breakfast with healthy choices like cereals, oatmeal, juice and more. (Also has scones and sweet rolls, eggs or waffles). I've stayed four times now when visiting my dad in the north end. Close to restaurants, pub on site with free happy hour snacks and good prices. I ate salmon salad with fresh greens and large enough portions for two meals - I'm not very large. I will definitely stay again!

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was not terribly noisy even though I was next to a exit door. The breakfast food was simply but very good. The grounds are very well maintained. The location was very good.

“Piccadilly Shaw - Excellent Choice”

Prompt, friendly and professional service given by Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Restaurant personnal. Room was located in one of many separate out-buildings (6 rooms) and was well appointed and clean. This was the widest hotel room I have ever seen, making it especially confortable. Upon checking in we found the bathroom ceiling vent was not working - the maintenance staff was prompt and courteous and fixed it immediately - bravo! Room service was used for a dinner - food/beverage were exactly as ordered, and delivered within 25 min as promised!
