I had to attend a wedding not too far from there.

Posted 16-Sep-2014
Pros: I enjoyed the swimming pool. The surroundings made it so pleasant lots of trees so that kept us cool. I also liked the complimentary breakfast.
Cons: I will make sure the tables on the pool area were clean everyday.
Location: I went to a restaurant (next to a self-car wash) where they serve lots of seafood dishes it was delicious great micheladas.
I had a good experience the staff was pleasant and the hotel had a great location close to fast food restaurants and easy access to freeway. My kids really enjoyed swimming I ordered pizza for lunch, I just wish my room was downstairs since you get a better view. There is no elevator but the staff did offer to help with the luggage. The room was nice and cozy, I recommend this hotel to any family with kids the pool was perfect for my 9 and 12 year old. There was so much shade around the pool area that even at 100 degrees it was nice.

Definitely an older place

Posted 16-Sep-2014
Pros: The staff was pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Please, update the bathrooms!
Check in was pleasant and very quick even though there was a long line. The room was clean, but it was definitely an older place that they tried to update with paint. There was an old phone still in the bathroom next to the toilet, and a bottle cap remover screwed to the bathroom counter but painted over! The fitted sheets couldn't hold on the mattress-the elastic was too old...and the cheapest cups ever for the in room coffee to burn your fingers while holding it:( Too bad because it was clean and the landscaping was very well taken care of. We liked the breakfast buffet included though-that was a very nice touch:)

Had a terrible smell in the corridor of the hotel.

Posted 01-Sep-2014
Pros: Proximity to the airport.
Cons: Get rid of that awful moldy smell in the corridor around room 140. Improve quality of food in the restaurant.
Location: Airport.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The corridor outside the room smelled terrible. The girl at checkout in the morning did not know how to give a receipt. The food in the restaurant was greasy and poor overall.

It's like being back in the 70's, the bad way.

Posted 04-Aug-2014
Pros: I loved leaving this hotel...
Cons: A lick of paint, more lights inside, replace the squeaky floors, double glazing, sound proofing, higher toilet bowls, sheets that fit the mattresses,
Location: It's near the airport, so you can go there. There is also some Air Force activity there, so the F16's are there and do fly at odd times of the night..
The hotel clearly shows it's age. It has not been kept up to date. There are no elevators, there are wooden beams under the carpet so everywhere you walk, in the room or hallway, it all squeaks. The interior coloring is somber, almost appears to not have been washed since the original built. No double glazing so the sound from the airport is right there in your room. And the toilet is at absolute minimum height, so if you have any problems with your back or your knees, you're in for a hard time. I did not think this was legal still, but apparently it is in Fresno.

A bit out dated.

Pros: The bellboy/security guard was very nice.
I arrived late at night with my 65 year old sister and my elderly aunt and mother (75 & 79) only to find out I was booked upstairs without an elevator on the premises! When I relayed there was no way I could get them up there with their luggage I was offered a king bed with two cots. When I called to inquire about the cots, I was told there was only one available. I then asked if they expected me or one of the other ladies to sleep on the floor? She offered me another room at $87...I said no way. I then asked how was she planning to fix the problem? She then gave me a drawn out story about no cots down stairs, no cots "made up" up stairs....blah, blah, blah finally concluding it was going to take another 20 mins. We finally got settled in our beds by MIDNIGHT, and my sister and I woke up with terrible backaches!

Horrible Hotel

Posted 09-Jul-2014
Pros: Dirty, Loud, Rude staff, gym was out of service
Cons: Everything
Location: NA, this was supposed to be a sleep stopover for us
We will never stay here again. We booked this using the expedia last minute deals and this is NOT a 3 star hotel. This hotel is worse than a motel 6. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke, the carpet was filthy, every time anybody walked by our room the wardrobe shook and woke us up. We got no sleep, which was the reason we booked the hotel as a quick stop over on a long drive to get some rest before continuing on. We could not wait to check out! I am very disappointed in Expedia we have always had good experiences booking through them.

I have stayed here many times. I gave a 4 rating because the new owners are spending money to improve the rooms , etc.

Hello, your response was thoughtful and appreciated. We are currently working on many areas of the property including TV's, mattresses, bedding, and support systems. We just added automatic doors to our main entrance and new refrigeration to the restaurant. We have many improvements scheduled for the hotel to continue to improve and help exceed our guest's expectations. We hope to have you back again soon and we will continue to work to make your stay better in the future.
