Polite and friendly staff, who is culturally competent in greeting and engaging with diverse customers. I feel good of this experience. I highly recommend it to future guests.

No air conditioning!!!

The first room they sent me to was quite warm. I turned the AC down to 65, and 5 mins later it was blowing out incredibly hot air!! I called the front desk and they said they were sending someone down to fix the problem. 10 mins later no one was there, so I called and requested another room. That room, as well, did not have a functioning AC unit; however, at least it wasn't blowing out hot air -- just room temp air. The pics are very deceiving as well -- this place is old and run down. Stay away if possible.

Pros: The price seemed to be a good value as a stopping point to our wy to SoCal.
Cons: Carpets cleaned/ or replaced air conditioning cleaned or replaced.
Location: A bit of a drive not immediately off the freeway. Part of old Fresno.
Great inviting lobby but carpet stained room and very funky smell in halls and room.

I am sorry for your problems during your stay. I wish we would have had the oppurtunity to assist with your issues. We try make all guests comfortable if we are notified while the guest is staying on property.

Good hotel room for cost.

Stayed one night. Friendly checkin. Nice size room and comfortable space and beds. Lacked details; missing shower curtain, coffee pot and iron board. Staff delivered when notified. Lobby coffee not available in the morning. Pool grounds nice looking. Room was fine for one night stay

overall the hotel was fine and even though we had an end room we didn't hear any noise (maybe because the hotel wasn't that full). My only complaint is that the pillows are flat and the linens could be fluffier/warmer.

Nice, older hotel but horrible neighborhood

We were very pleased with the comfort of this hotel. It is older and needs some updating. However, the neighborhood is awful and, frankly, dangerous at night. My athletic, confident, level - headed husband ran to our car when leaving a nearby mall. That tells you how bad it was.
