Pros: I loved the comfortable beds and pillows.

I loved the fact there was security outside, just in case better to be safe than sorry. Hotel was clean and staff was nice. Only wished there was a mini fridge to keep things cool.

Pros: Convenience
Cons: Cleaner carpets
Location: The convention center, and the large mall about 10 miles away
All went well, from registration to checkout. Hotel location was convenient to accommodate my trip to attend an event across the street to the Convention Center. Overall, clean rooms, nice staff, and quiet. I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel BUT bad experience

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. Nice building, friendly staff, beautiful fountain. The view is really nice. The beds are awesome. BUT, the main reason why people go to hotel is to sleep. And here's my major and only concern. I was put in the 8th floor, nice view, no complaints. The next morning at around 8ish AM somebody started doing some construction on the roof and the drilling lasted a good THREE HOURS. With a baby and an 8 year old plus my wife and me who needed the rest, a nice pleasant stay turned into a nightmare!! They should be more considerate of their guests. That was such a stupid decision to make: let's wake everyone up on a weekend when everyone is tired!!

The hotel is under renovation so I expected some issue. Our room had a constant noise in the ceiling, a pipe issue I believe. It was 24/7, very annoying, hotel was full so we could not be moved. Personnel we very nice thou.

Very nice hotel accommodations

Pros: Our great grandsons were impressed with the grandeur of this hotel. We had been staying in hotels in the wilderness areas (National Parks).
Cons: A microwave and a small refrigerator in each room would be a nice touch. More electrical outlets for charging electronic/digital devices.
Location: We really did not take advantage of things to do in Fresno as we were headed out to visit Smokey the Bear, i.e., nearby National Parks.
The only disappointment with this hotel was that there was not shuttle service from the Fresno airport to the hotel after 10:00 p.m.; our plane arrived at the airport after 10:00 p.m.. The hotel is located in downtown Fresno about 8 miles from the airport. When I called hotel about the lack of shuttle service, the desk clerk called a local taxi service and made arrangements for us to be picked up at the airport; however we were responsible for the cost of the taxi fare and gratuity. The rooms are exceptionally nice and the hotel restaurant was very adequate in the menu selections. The restaurant was available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The bar in the lobby was a nice touch.

I was concerned about the downtown location but ended up having a good meal at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I will be back again.

This place is not really a hotel.

Pros: The front desk people and the security were very accommodating.
Cons: Update the carpet. Paint the walls. Fix that nasty hot tub, cracks in the building, the guest computer next to the office. Keep the bums out.
Location: You have to drive about 250 miles to see anything. It's Fresno, might as well be Delaware.
They have sleep number beds that are broken. The wireless internet access is intermittent and there is no wired service available. The restaurant.is sub par with iffy staff and bad coffee. While we were there they had a graduation party for some high school or such. Screaming children running the halls all night. Several tour buses with Chinese yelling their heads off at all times of the night. However, I really felt sorry for the Staff at the Hotel, the place is under construction and they are really doing their best with what they have. (Don't blame them!) They are very cheery and happy people that are making the best out of the situation.
