“NOT BAD.”

Didn't have a bad experience. Just wished there was a bath tub. Only shower. Remote did not work for tv.

“It worked for what I needed!”

I was here for 2 nights on business. The room was small, but adequate and the kitchen was handy. I read a review that said the bed was hard. It was, but for 2 nights, I made do. I appreciated having somewhere close to my job and the price was right. The staff was friendly also.

“Cheap”

It was ok. cheap, that's about it. Not too clean. I did not like the shower. it was the type with curtains. there were also warning signs around the hotel indicating saftey may be an issue.

“Crossland Fresno”

The hotel was in a great location, w a lot of different stores and resturants near. However, the bed was a bit hard and the cable was not what most hotels have. We had a problem w the room key the second night but the staff was really courteous and helped us promptly.

“This hotel could use new maids.”

The first room we were assigned had a stopped up toilet and no maintenance staff was working so the front desk assigned us another room. In the morning, when I went to make coffee, the coffeemaker had obviously not been cleaned because there was an old moldy coffee filter in it. So, I would not recommend this hotel, nor would I stay here again.

“not impressed”

very trashy we asked to be moved to another room because door lock gaurd was missing on door to our room, anyone could open door with just a credit card from outside. I looked and our room was the only room missing door gaurd,we were told we could not get another room until following day. My wife & I are both handicaped and we found there was not enough handicap parking. There was a lot of people dressed like gang member type roaming around the parking lot after dark and early morning hours.

“Never going back...”

This was my second stay in this hotel. The first was ok. The second was not. The first room they put us in had an air conditioner that did not work, the high temp that day was 112 degrees. We called and they did move us to another room. Which has apparently had AC issues, that had been fixed, however the wiring from the AC unit was exposed. No ice at this hotel supposed to be ice trays in the freezers of the rooms refrigerator... guess again! Spider webs all over the lamps. Trash in the walkways. Will I ever go back? NO!

“Get what you pay for.”

Rooms clean, spartan, with slight offensive odor. Resturant/fast food nearby. Commercial/retail part of town so quiet on weekends.

Lack of cleanliness. Floors and counters had sticky spots. The showerhead was paltry. A towelbar was loose. The ceiling hadn't been cleaned in years. The dishes looked clean, and I didn't trust that they were, given the rest of the conditions. I washed them before I used them. The sheets were very clean, and I felt comfortable sleeping on them. The mattress was very firm, just the way I like it. Its set back from the busy road; I didn't hear any traffic. The walls were thin, yet neighbors were quiet.

“Not Impressed”

The rooms did not feel cleaned. When we went inside the room there was a piece of marijuana cigaret on top of the bed spread. We did not feel comfortable and asked to be changed to a different room.
