Nice hotel close to the fwy

First visit to Fresno

Pros: Staff was very helpful.
Cons: Improve main entry signage and improve access road lighting. Either improve breakfast or lower it's price.
Location: Arrived late, left early so I have no idea.
I do not request a handicapped room and the low bed and flashing lights made it difficult to sleep. Hotel was difficult to locate at night and there was no signage that I could see from the road referenced in the address. Staff was great, helpful and friendly but breakfast was very disappointing for the price.

I really like this hotel. The lobby is clean and very modern looking and smelled amazing (fresh and floral). The room was also very clean and smelled fresh. No j issues at all work my room. My one issue was having to hear all the talking and foot traffic from the hallway. That can be quite disturbing and distracting when you're trying to rest after a long drive. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Clean, friendly, hard to find at night

Hotel was what I expected. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable. Only trouble was FINDING IT at night - it's in the middle of nowhere off the road, so I had trouble navigating to it. More clear signage is needed on the main roads.

Very clean, well located and staff was responsive to our needs. The Bistro has a limited menu, though good choices. It is very close to the 41 freeway, and set back from Shaw Avenue, so that noise is kept to a very minimum.

Awesome Hotel In A Great Area

Beds are awesome and room is clean Restroom is outdated and needs more modern, like how the front lobby is. In a great location right off the freeway and i would like to call it in a business district area. Melissa is a great at the hotel and side access into the hotel is also a plus.
