Nice clean room. Lots of desk space to use your computer and work at the end of the day. WiFi was fast and easy to use.

When we arrived at noon, it was about 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk, when the young lady appeared, she was NOT welcoming and she let us know that staff wS eating their lunch and not One room was clean yet for us to check into. We are on a very long trip, had driven 12 hours and were asked to come back. I get people have to eat, but not one room was clean? And the no -welcoming attitude was not pleasant! When we came back, a more mature and very nice lady named Beth was there and we appreciated her customer service! Customer Service is so important I your business, I thought you should be aware of this situation.

Nice, newer looking hotel

We were pleased with the look of the hotel and our room aesthetics. Had a late check-in and night staff were very courteous. Only concern was our bathtub was not clean (visible dirt streaks in the tub). It would be nice if more was offered for breakfast besides the bistro. Perhaps a continental option.

Hard to find but great for what it is

Booked last minute, staff was excellent and friendly, room was cozy, although the AC struggled to keep the room cool (which is to be expected during July in Fresno! ). Overall a great experience with super comfy beds.

Amenities a Step Up

This hotels amenities are a step above the hotels in this area with comparable price. Its workout room is larger, it has a starbucks and bar which is nice as well. The courtyard in the center is spacious and nice as well.

The room was clean and decent, however the air conditioning kept coming on all night long and we couldn't get it to turn off. The smoke detector kept flashing red in our bedroom and once we were awakened by the T.V. set flashing a white light off and on - even though we never turned it on. The bistro service was great, however the breakfast we had was tasteless. We would have been better to go to McDonald's.

Finding the hotel was quite difficult. It would be very helpful if there were a sign on the street. Hotel is located far off the street and you cannot see the sign unless you look up and back.

Nice Hotel - very helpful staff

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accomodating and the fitness center had new equipment and was clean and easy to find.
Cons: The area where the hotel is located concerned me at first as it isn't the nicest, but this turned out to be okay. The hotel is a little hard to find.
Location: We went to the Cracked Pepper Bistro which was very close.
I stayed here on a quick trip to visit my girlfriend who lives in the Fresno area. We stayed on the first floor and I found the amenities and the staff to be great. We slept in on Saturday morning and I found it incredibly easy and pleasant to just walk out of my room and into the restaurant which is part of the main lobby and get us coffee and breakfast that I took back to our room. In so many hotels it seems you have to walk blocks, if not miles to get anywhere. This hotel is not that way. I got us both coffee and a few good things to eat for breakfast for under $20 which I think is very reasonable for a hotel. The evening prior the bartender gave me corkscrew and let me use 2 wine glasses that I took back to my room. The staff at this hotel is truly top notch.

The only thing is that for the price you should have some free continental breakfast. It was a lil hard to find as I arrived at night. It's set to the back and not visible from the street.
