Family stay

Posted 06-Feb-2015
Overall, it was a good experience. The place is not great, but not bad. It is not as big as other suites we have stayed in. It was clean when we got in, but housekeeping wasn't great at keeping it up over the visit. They didn't have any extra linens for the pull out bed so we had to ask for extra at the front desk. The water pressure and showerhead were nice. They had direct tv which made for a nice variety of television, especially for the kids who love Disney Jr. The breakfast was a good variety and decent. The pool is small but we didn't consider that a bad thing. Overall, it was a good stay and would accomodate our family of 6.

Run Down

Posted 26-Jan-2015
Pros: leaving.
Cons: most everything.
Location: not the easiest access to the main road.
This hotel requires a lot of maintenance. Its appearance looks filthy on the inside. Our room door would not open without slamming your hip into it. Also little things like the shower curtain rod has been pulled and refastened to the wall many times and would not support the rod any more. The AC/Heater fan was non operational for most of the stay. The walls needed to be painted to cover up the filth. The indoor pool is not warm and will give you blue lips. The breakfast area was mostly clean and ok to eat. The hotel was filled with construction workers. There was no place to work and you can plan on waking up at 5 am each morning when they start their trucks and back them out of their parking spots (beep, beep, beep,....). There were never any pool towels available. Each day we would request some and it was a crap shoot if they would be delivered.

Nice stay!

Posted 14-Jan-2015
Pros: So glad it had 2 beds and a sofa!
Cons: Better choices at breakfast, more fresh fruit, maybe some muffins
Location: close to freeway, shopping and food
We arrived about an hour before "check in" time, we were greeted, checked in and had a great weekend. The room was clean, the hotel was clean. The hot tub was HOT. The indoor pool was a bit chilly but that was to be expected when its chilly outside. Room was clean, hotel was quite, def will be staying her again

nice hotel and stay

Posted 12-Jan-2015
Pros: Breakfast was great!
Cons: the pools were the down side - and were one of the reasons we chose to stay there. The big pool was freezing cold. The hot tub was unbearably hot.
Location: It's right next to a Costco - so we could gas up there.
friendly staff greeted us even though we got there late. extra towels and blankets were brought us right away.

Not sure if I would choose this hotel again....

Brandon was great with hospitality, the rest of the staff is lacking. When we first go to the hotel we could not get into the bathroom. Brandon came to fix the problem right away. The bathroom door was painted shut Brandon was able to fix it. Not impressed by the staff working the following night. Woman at front desk chatting away at another staff member, as I had to waited to be served. I was hoping to have a drink to relax. The staff members said happy hour was over at 7pm that I should have got a drink then. I was not pleased with his answer as most hotels are equipped to do so or have a mini fridge. I did not want to leave the hotel in an area I did not know well. The next day there was no coffee in the main lobby at 8am and when I went to the dining area to see if there was coffee there, there was no coffee there as well but 5 staff members were having breakfast, too busy to make sure there was coffee in either of the areas.I have worked in the hotel industry and own property, so this was a nice get away with my children but would be cautious of recommending this hotel to others.

Fresno Trip

Posted 03-Nov-2014
Hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Beds were average to below-average. Room was clean and quiet during our stay. Disappointing to see the level of vandalism (graffiti scratched into elevator walls, etc) and overall downtrodden city. Close to dining and entertainment.

Pleasantly surprised

Posted 02-Nov-2014
After several stays at other chain hotels we were not expecting a whole lot but we were pleasantly surprised by the stay at this facility. Unlike the others we recently stayed at, this place is imaculate. The rooms are large and well laid out and did I mention clean? I don't think I've ever seen a cleaner bathroom. The food quality of the breakfast buffet was good but what really impressed us was Elizabeth who kept things rolling despite a lot of guests flowing in and out. She was very friendly and didn't stop for one second. Very hard worker. Everyone was very helpful but Elizabeth takes the cake.
