“unsatisfied”

Old. There was not enough hot water to take a normal length shower; let alone TWO people to take a shower and still have hot water. I took a shower; stopping and starting the water; in order to conserve the hot water. Still, my husband always had a cold shower after about 2 minutes into the shower. When I tried to fill the jacuzzi tub, the hot water lasted enough to fill about 2 inches of water. The owner told us that, "sometimes you just have to wait a little while for the hot water to catch up." This was the owner's idea of addressing our concerns. Logically, by the time you could fill the tub enough to take a bath, the initial water would be cold. The handle of the tub faucet twirled around, and did not stop. The faucet of the tub pulled out of the wall. Someone had tried to affix it with caulk, but it was pulling out of the shower wall. The bed was uncomfortable. I think a pull out couch bed would have been more comfortable. We were about 10 minutes from a restaurant. The "main" tourism area of the island was 10 minutes away. We knew this when we booked, we just didn't realize that there is NOTHING else around. The beach was right across the street, but was rocky. Our flight home was canceled. We booked a room for double the price at another hotel, because we wanted somewhere nice to stay. The lower cost, nice description, location near a beach, and obviously photo-shopped pictures were why we booked this hotel.
