“Great location”

Everything was fine for the price. The only drawback was an extremely noisy a/c, luckily the nights were real cool so we didn't use the a/c.

The only issue is that the room smelled like it was once a smokers room.

Shower barely works. Excellent breakfast.

It is centrally located for those bikers, clean with friendly staff. We highly reccomend this facility.

Wasn't impressed with the room not having a refrigerator or microwave when the room next to us had one.

“Could not change to non-smoking room due to online booking”

Biggest problem was having to remain in the smoking room because the computer would not allow the clerk to change us to non-smoking. The clerk let us see the three available rooms so that we could select which we would prefer. For that room, we then needed a shower curtain, a working fridge, and a working TV. We asked all of this upon checking in and we went out. When we came returned around midnight, the staff had taken care of everything. Tammy and Alysse were very attentive and they both get "fives" for "Extremely Satisfied".

I hate it when the "non-smoking" room smells like smoke! This coming from a smoker....

“Problems Problems Problems”

My key kept not working. When I went to the office to get a new one the door was locked. I rang the doorbell several times and no one came to the door. It's frustrating to be trapped out of your room and no way in. Finally I went all the way around the hotel and went inside and the desk clerk was watching television. Also my toilet was stopped up and I was given a plunger and told to plunge it out. After trying for 45 minutes I gave up and went to bed. Very frustrating. The next day it was still messed up. The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was satisfactory. I just had too many problems.

“Good value but with problems”

The price is great. The breakfast was nice but the facilities are quite old. The AC was loud, the clock buzzed periodically and the toilet backed up. The housekeeping was a tad disappointing because we found a beer bottle, caps and the collapsed 6-pack box under the beds. On the good side, the icebox and microwave were perfect

“Good Value”

The hotel is probably in the process of updating. From the outside, it appears poorly maintained, but the rooms are great. The grounds need attention but better nice rooms than nice grounds. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, hot with many options. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a good value; I'd stay there again.
