“Room review”

Shower barely works. Excellent breakfast.

The only issue is that the room smelled like it was once a smokers room.

Kerrville, and this hotel, are a good base of operations for motorcycling in the Hill Country. There was nothing special about the accommodations here, but they met my expectations = one of the less expensive options, with a clean room and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was pretty good too - can't go wrong starting your day with Sausage, gravy, and biscuits.

“NOT impressed”

Was very glad that we were only in this room for 1 night! I am not sure what the sign out front saying "Newly Remodeled Rooms" was talking about, but the room was disgusting. The shower was so filthy that I wouldn't use it, I even kept shoes on when I was in the bathroom. Would definitely not go back to this hotel and wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy!

“basic”

Basic comfort. It was fine for a last minute trip. The jacuzzi was broken and so was the soda machine. Lucky for us it was close to a gas station for soda.

“It has all we needed”

This hotel was clean, has coffee machine, fridge and microwave, those are things you are looking for if you are traveling with your family. Also a pool. Although the breakfast selection is limited, it has everything to get you started.

“Could not change to non-smoking room due to online booking”

Biggest problem was having to remain in the smoking room because the computer would not allow the clerk to change us to non-smoking. The clerk let us see the three available rooms so that we could select which we would prefer. For that room, we then needed a shower curtain, a working fridge, and a working TV. We asked all of this upon checking in and we went out. When we came returned around midnight, the staff had taken care of everything. Tammy and Alysse were very attentive and they both get "fives" for "Extremely Satisfied".

“Thanks for the pleasant stay”

It was nice to have a clean quiet place on the road.
