Now I know its a small town and didnt expect a fancy place. But the room was not the cleanest and smelled funny. Shower was a bad experience. Didn't shower the next day because of it. The ac didnt work very well. The people were nice, but that's it. Won't go back.

The bedding was vey dirty, comforter and pillow shams were terribly stained. Not even a small table to eat at even though they had microwave and mini frig in room. Our second night stay was very bad as our next door visitors were very loud and disruptive, was ready to leave at 2:30 in tyhe morning when all of the noise started. We will not stay ythere again.

At check-in the room was dirty, carpet was not vaccumed and had food on the floor.the top blanket did not look like it had been cleaned for awhile. toilet was not working well and when we told them the guy, he brought back the piece that it needed and we put it back on. Tables were dusty ect. We left a day early.

“Low Budget”

There was an unpleasant odor in the room, a pair of dirty socks were under the bed (not ours), bathroom sink was not clean, the toilet took two flushes just to get toilet paper down and the AC unit was dirty and poorly maintained.

We stayed here because it was the cheapest motel in Fredericksburg, and it's definitely one level below the usual cheap chain motels. It was old and somewhat grungy, but not dirty to the point of worrying about health. I would spend the extra money on a nicer place next time. On the plus side, it did have a refrigerator and microwave, it was only a few blocks from downtown, and seemed to be just as safe as any other location in Fredericksburg. And it is the cheapest place in Fredericksburg...

It was disgustingly dirty, the plumbling did not work (sink would not drain), bathtub fixture broke as I was turning the shower off and water would not turn off. There was going to be a flood if I did not hurry to the office. I had to dry off really fast and throw some clothes (no phone in room) on to alert the owner of the problem. I told him we were moving out and I would like a refund, but he would not give me a refund. I also mentioned how dirty the room was and that there were stains on the bedspreads.
