“Would never go back”
Bathroom had a roach 'motel" behind the toilet, the room had not been cleaned after the previous guests- I had to write a note for the staff to vacumn under the bed and they still did not move the chair and vacumn the crumbs on the floor there. Refrigerator in the room was completetly unplugged when we got there. Bathroom had been painted and taped for painting- but when the tape was removed you could see the old dirty paint. Tiles in the bathroom missing caulking and dirty. Bathroom light was so yellowed you could hardly see to shower.

Service was good. Room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was great. All you could ask for in a basic overnight spot.

was there for 5 days...and did not get service except 1 day...had to ask for service reserved a king size room and they gave a queen size room....said since there was only one person they could not give me a king....had none available for me...except the hotel had very few guest...and the price was the same...when i said i would be leaving they were going to charge me for a nights stay.... never again...never stay at America's Best....
“Ideal für Übernachtungen. Kein Ferienhotel!”
Das Hotel liegt zentral an der Highway 16, die durch Kerrville führt, nahe an der Interstate 10, zwischen Bandera, der Cowboy-Hauptstadt und Fredericksburg bzw. Luckenbach, für Countryfans interessant. Was die Sauberkeit anbelangt, sollte man nicht unbedingt deutsche Massstäbe ansetzen, aber es ist o.k.. Bettwäsche wird auf Wunsch täglich gewechselt! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Es gibt einen kleinen Pool. Das angepriesene kostenlose kontinentale Frühstück habe ich verschmäht, es besteht aus ein paar Automaten neben der Rezeptionstheke. Aber direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein örtlich sehr bekanntes Restaurant, in dem es das traditionelle Frühstück gibt! Unterm Strich ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis recht gut. Das Hotel ist wirklich preiswert. Zum Übernachten ideal, zum dort Aufhalten eher nicht geeignet.
