“Wouldn't wish this hotel on my enemies!”

Hotel was awful....the smell was annoying. Our hotel room door wouldn't lock. Had a cleaning guy walk in on us one morning. Room had a weird smell. Elevator, which broke while we were there, had a lovely B.O. smell. Couldn't have been more glad to get out of there.

Area recommendations

The area near Scott Francis Key Mall is a good area since it has access to the interstate and multiple restaurants and shopping.

“never again”

the hotel was broke down the kids didnt even want to sleep there because of the smell, not the cleanest place to lay down comfortably

“Too noisy”

Stayed 2 nights.. Children running up and down the halls late at night.. and directly down the hall form the office and manager who did not have the presence of mind to do anything

“Clean & quiet”

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Our room was right off the elevator & next to the ice machine and I never heard a sound all night! Everything was neat & clean and the staff was very courteous. Definately would stay again

“Very Nice”

Had a nice time. Everything in the room was nice and everything worked! Would recommend and I would stay there again.

“Extremely Good Value”

I stayed for 5 nights on business and worked out of my room during the day. The WiFi access was an excellent feature. The room was spacious enough, clean and the staff was very courteous. The continental breakfast was very nice. One thing that could have used improvement was the Front Desk staff's working knowledge of the surrounding area. They were not able to answer routine questions about where to find particular services in the area. For the price, I would certainly stay again.

Traveller's tip

If there is availability, I suggest asking for a room on the second floor. There was a family in the room directly above mine and the kids were using the bed as a trampoline to jump on the floor. The noise was tough to take. It required a phone call to the Front Desk to get the matter resolved but the staff handled the problem very well.
