“Great Price and Clean”

This hotel was clean and since it was in the business district and we stayed on a Sat. evening we recieved an excellent price. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a tram stop. This was good since it made getting to where we wanted to go easy to do.

“Average hotel service-Mercure across street much better”

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and location. The problem is my business associate was given a room in a off building with no front desk(similar to a dorm Room.) My building had no front desk persons for 3 of the 5 days I stayed. I would go accross the street(the oter Mercure location) to eat and speak to front desk help.

“good value, convenient location”

Nice modern room with convenient access to the metro. Located in a neighborhood area within 3 train stops of the main shopping area. Room was clean and a great value for what we paid.

“Good value for money”

The Mercure Hotel was good value for money for being around 15 minutes walking distance away from the Convention Center. It is however somewhat isolated as there is no life nor activities around the hotel. Staff is very efficient and food (breakfast and dinner) was very good indeed.

“Good location near messe away from bustle of centre”

Easy to get to the hotel from the central station - stop on the train and there are lots of trains. Only 1 stop past the Messe.Can walk to the messe in 15 minutes. I wasn't going for that though, but it was convenient. There is not an awful lot around the hotel as far as could see.but there is a nice area with lots of restaurants not far away - about 15 minutes walk

Area recommendations
I only saw the centre on one evening but it seemed OK to me - good selection of places to eat and several good bars - the opera panorama bar was pretty cool.

“Disappointing for four stars”

I booked this hotel as it was four star and had air conditioning. The four stars are given on facilities, but don't expect four star luxury. The rooms are superbly clean and the location is good for the exhibition centre but the rooms are also pretty basic, very hot (the air con isn't turned on in early April) and opening the window proved really noisy with trams and traffic. A combination of hard bed, heat and noise did not provide a good nights sleep. Bathroom supplies are less than basic and no complimentary tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast and service are very good.

“2 Minuten vom Westbahnhof, 8 Minuten vom Oekohaus”

Super sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfberreitem Personal. Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, aber es könnte mehr für Vegetarier/Veganer geben.

“Prima hotel”

Dit hotel is zeer geschikt als je werkzaam bent op de messe. De afstand van hotel naar messe is goed te lopen. Op 5 min loopafstand van het hotel diverse restaurantjes waar je lekker kan eten, chinees, italiaan, mongools, etc. Kamers zijn klein maar schoon. Ontbijt buffet is perfect en zeer uitgebreid. Hotel bestaat uit 2 panden, hier is wel verschil in comfort, het hotel met de bar is moderner en heeft een uitgebreidere ontbijtbuffet. Kortom een aanrader.

“Mercure Hotel & Residenz Frankfurt Messe... SEHR ENTAUSCH...!! Zimmer sind alt, und nicht sauber.”

Wir haben gebucht (Reserviert) eines Doppel Zimmer eine Monate voraus.. Die Fotos in die websseite sind uber hauptnicht wie die Zimmer die eigentlich mieten. Die Zimmer war ganz alt, und nicht sauber, Die wasser im BadeZimmer hat nicht funktionert. Die Rezeption wollte wir zahlen auch mehr Geld dazu (upgrade).... Nein Danke. Wir haben schon voraus mit KreditKarte bezahlt fuer eine 4 Stern Hotel Zimmer, wir haben erwartet eine 4Stern Hotel Zimmer, nicht eine schlechtes 2 Stern Hotel Zimmer. Die lady im Rezeption war nette, aber trotzdem sie hat gesagt es gabt keine mehr schoenes Zimmer wie in die Photos. Wir werden nicht mehr da zuruck kommen.
