“Onder”
I had to check out 5 days early and told them but after checked out they charged some money to my credit card that I didn't spend. I emailed them but no response. It was not good and I don't think I will stay there again.
“Home from Home (or better even)”
We stayed there 2 years ago and enjoyed our recent stay as much as our first one. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else when going to Frankfurt (unfortunately not often enough). The staff and service are impeccable and the ladies (mostly) in reception made us again more than welcome. One feels thoroughly looked after in every respect. We love the place!
“"Don't Expect Friendly Treatment"”
My Front desk experience was very unfriendly and cold. I was assigned to the smallest room I had ever stayed in at this Hotel. The Whole experience left me feeling like a management change had occured within the past year. This was my 3rd stay at Le Meridan and I did not leave with a warm feeling as in the past. I woke up one morning to my Hallway being painted. This Hotel is located in a perfect location across from the Mail train Station. I would recommend this Hotel on Location.
“Our ideal Frankfurt hotel”
We have stayed here five times in the past two years, sometimes in the old (heritage) wing, sometimes in the new. The heritage rooms are bigger, but the double glazing in our last one let in sound and draught. Otherwise this hotel is always just what we require, and the sunday buffet is tremendous value.
“Business hotel??”
I chose this hotel because it was closed to the train station and financial district. Unfortunately quite a sordid red light district lies between hotel and financial district and walking back here after working slightly late is not on. Hotel bar is very smoky and not air conditioned and a bit old-fashioned. Internet only seemed to be available via Ethernet cable and cost 5 Eur for each 30 mins which soon adds up as quite slow. But VERY comfortable bed, lovely staff and good health/fitness area. Shame - would love to recommend it.
“Outrageous internet fee”
I liked the hotel, but I would not stay there again since the charge for internet service was over $45 per day or $ 1.40 a minute!!!! which ever is less. I have stayed much less expensive hotels even in Europe and the internet was included.
“Convenient and classy”
I stayed one night in this hotel on a layover in Frankfurt. The hotel was conveniently located a few blocks from the main train station. The staff was very friendly and professional and my room was immaculate and modern. I especially liked the blue mood lighting behind the bed and above the wardrobe!
“Le Meridien, Frankfurt”
The hotel was very nice, well maintained and the check-in, check-out process was quick and simple ... i only stayed for one night but the room was very clean, hi tech and nicely designed, i recommend it for anyone going to frankfurt and wants to stay in the city centre
“will go back as soon as we can”
This is the fourth time we have stayed at the Meridien Park. Althoug only minutes from the main rail station, it is in a shady square, and close to all the amenities (opera, classical concerts, museums and art galleries) with which the city is so well provided. Standard doubles may not be large by US standards, but are plenty big enough. The staff are extremely friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Dont miss the exceptional Sunday buffet, famous throughout Frankfurt. Breakfast is expensive though. We usually have a cup of coffee and a croissant at Starbucks on the rail station.
“Best Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany”
This is a perfect Hotel. The main Bahnhof is 200 meters. You can go any where from this hotel. The hotel services is outstanding!!!!! This is the hotel in Frankfurt! Everyone speaks eniglish. You cannot go wrong with this hotel. If you like class and have standards; then this s the hotel.
