“Expect less pay more”

Window was open. . Some bugs in the room . Overall clean.no free wifi. No free water . Will not stay here agin . We got a room in the 1 st floor . No flat screen tv and no USB outlet

“Frankfurt airport hotel.”

Overall it is a good hotel. However i would mention tow negative things. 1) The charge for parking 2) The separate charge for internet. The hotel has a large parking lot and payment for parking seems to be a bit unnecessary. Four different internet options seems to be too much. It would be easier to increase slightly if necessary the general per day price instead of charging for separately.

“Not the worst place I've ever stayed....”

The good: - The hotel is located in a seclude, wooded area, near the airport but far enough away that airport noise isn't a problem, and it's closer to the center of Frankfurt than the other airport hotels. So, a very nice location. - There's a free shuttle to/from the airport that runs often. - The "big" cheeseburger in the restaurant is really big! A great value. Other food was good and reasonably priced. The bad: - I grabbed the spare pillow out of the armoire, and noticed it smelled like body odor. Then I noticed the whole armoire smelled like body odor. Disgusting! - Internet access was very pricey (Expedia rules prevent me from saying how much). Then when I tried to sign in again from the lobby so I could print out my boarding pass, they tried to charge me again! I was able to get the additional charges removed. - The breakfast buffet, which is normally free for priority club members, was VERY pricey. The hotel was packed with a visiting group of teenage students, and they descended on the buffet like locusts. I was not able to get much more than a cup of coffee! - A big bug fell out of the lamp above the bed as I was getting out of it. I'm not sure, but I think it was a grasshopper....maybe it got in thru the open window, but I was a couple of floors up. My collegue reported there were small flying bugs in his room as well. Again, maybe they got in thru the window.

“Not worth the money for family travel”

I was looking for a hotel near Frankfurt International Airport with shuttle service. My search yielded few option for 2 adults and 2 children in one room. Having been put on separate floors before, I was not in the mood to get 2 rooms before having to fly all day the following day. The hotel is very nice, if you are a traveling business man. There is not much to do with kids. And everything costs extra and is not cheap. Dinner was easily $100 and was not overly filling. Breakfast is not free either, but is a very nice buffet (my kids can be picky eaters). Looking back on my choice, I wish I would have gone elsewhere and risked having 2 rooms on different floors. I do not feel I got my money's worth. But that is my fault and not the hotels. The staff is very nice, the hotel is clean; it's just not for traveling families.

“Holiday Inn FRA”

Poorly maintained hotel, showing its age. Dined at the hotel because no restaurants around this area. Not impressed.

I have stayed at this hotel several times when flying out of Frankfurt. It is a good value - clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced.

Great hotel but doesn't have a pool which we would have liked after a day of flying

We arrived by train to the airport. Took the Airport shuttle to the hotel, all very efficient and friendly. In the morning, took the shuttle to the airport, no fuss at all. For a longer stay, perhaps not so convenient.
