“Hotel was good”

Hotel was nice and clean, however our room was next to the busy road and the road noise was very load. We could not go to sleep until after 2am and with an early morning international flight we were very tired.

“Convenient to airport if traveling by car”

Family room was rather small compared to other hotel family rooms in Germany (including Holiday Inns), but clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was buffet-style and excellent. This hotel is convenient to the airport if you have a car. Otherwise, there is very little nearby within easy walking distance (hence the low score on the "surrounding neighborhood" question). By car downtown destinations such as the Natural History Museum and Palm Garden are easily reached without fuss.

“Not recommended”

The hotel room was small and cramped. The air-conditioner did not work and the room was hot and stuffy. Our window overlooked the parking lot, and there was noise all night. Staff was not friendly and didn't seem to want to wait on their guests. The only good thing was that the hotel was only 10 minutes from the Frankfurt Airport.

“Great choice for the night before flying out...”

We enjoyed our stay very much. This hotel was the perfect choice for our last night in Germany. The temperature in our room was perfect despite the hot day outside. The desk was helpful in directing us to the two closest restaurants which were only a 5 minute walk away. We chose the German Restaurant over the Italian and it was delicious. My husband walked into town and enjoyed the local Bier Garten while I did some last minute packing and resting up for the long day of flights. The Airport Shuttle was on time and a good price. I would recommend this hotel for those arriving or departing Germany. I don't know enough about its proximity to other places to recommend it for longer stays.

the staff were very friendly, room were slightly small compared to american hotels, but very clean. i recommend the hotel and will go back. staff were friendly and breakfast was great, and the staff helping with the breakfast area was very helpful.

Cheap and quality hotel. Very nice rooms and reception area. Free Breakfast included in our stay. Our experience is based on a 3 bed room. Roomy and nice decorated.

“Didn't care for hotel”

I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and will never again. No restaurant facilities except for pizza in the bar at night and a buffet in the morning. Had to walk to a restaurant about 1/2 mile away to eat.
