“Calm in central Frankfurt”

Great location, lovely to have an atrium to relax in rather than being confined to the room. The rooms were less sterile than most business hotels, with a full wall window of glass - neat! Also had loads of different language tv channels. Very efficient check in. Large bathroom, tea and coffee facilities in room.

“Brilliant, a wonderful tranquil retreat whilst i was on my busy business trip....”

was super efficient, clean and modern, with every convenience at hand. The room was extremely spacious with superior comfort, furniture and fittings. The bedding was beautifully laundered, and it was extremely quiet and peaceful, eventhough it was right in the centre of the city I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, it was super efficient, clean and modern, with every convenience at hand. I will be back ! I will be back !

“Excellent Hotel”

The king deluxe room was modern, clean, well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the staff polite & helpful. 2 minute walk from the train station, lots of bars nearby!. Does not look much from the outside but impressive when you get in.

“Fantastic”

On arriving we were upgraded to an exec room and gived complimentary breakfast and bar which was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the rooms were lovely and big with a brilliant view of the city. Great location for the xmas markets and I would thoroughly recommend it

“Excellent hotel!”

We stayed at the Hilton Frankfurt between 12th-15th Dec mainly for the Christmas Market. As this has been our only break this year, we wanted to splash out and go 5 star and we were so glad we did. The hotel was very well located for the market and we were able to spend a few hours at the market then come back and rest for a bit. I came down with a bad cold while we there so it was great to have a comfortable room which was spacious and had a great bathroom with separate shower and bath. The hotel also had a handy online check-in terminal in reception where we discovered our flight the next day (Monday) had been cancelled (thanks BA!) We tried to re-book it but to no avail as we couldn't get through to BA's english speaking line but the hotel receptionist was brilliant and sorted it out for us so we were able to fly home as planned. All in all a top quality hotel with excellent service and comfortable rooms. My only small gripe is that I wished a basic breakfast could have been included in the price of our room. We'd definitely stay here again though.

“Fantastic weekend break!”

Could not fault the Hilton Hotel in the slightest. Staff were attentive, friendly and although we tried at our German the staff were delighted but spoke English back to us. The rubber duck on the bath was a great, fun surprise. Won't hesitate in going back!! Shopping is fantastic BUT nowhere is open on a Sunday, and I mean nowhere apart from coffee shops and cafes. Christmas market was huge, bustling and fab with lots of side streets crammed with yet more market stalls. Great fun all round.

“Hilton Frankfurt”

An excellent hotel, service was very good and the staff very helpful and pleaseant. The room was excellant, clean and quiet. We had a room overlooking the gardens. Hotel location is very good for both recreation and business. It is very easy to get about from here, the S-bahn and underground are within 500 yards, as is the Opera House, plenty of eating establishments about from bakeries to restaurants and the shopping..............just like any other major city. Head towards the river to the Roma area for a touch of the traditional architecture
