“Great Hotel Close to the Main Train Station”

This hotel is great. It is right next to the main train station in Frankfurt and has comfortable beds and a top notch restaurant. The staff is helpful and the city tour bus runs right by the hotel as well. The one draw back is that the shower is glassed in and two of the walls allow anyone else in the room to see what is happening in the shower. Just be aware of this if you are traveling with people you don't know very well.

Area recommendations

The side of the train station that the hotel is on is great. It is within easy walking distance of things like the Frankfurt Opera House and some great restaurants and shopping. The other side of the train station is the Red Light District, so be aware of this if you want to stay away from this area, stick to the area around the hotel and farther out, which is where the old city is with most of the tourist sights and shopping. There is a flea market on Saturdays that we visited just on the other side of the river from the hotel. Avoid it unless you are looking for modern things like used clothes and bicycles.

“Great location and nice hotel but under renovation, July 2011”

Hotel is located very close to the train station away from the red light district. Interior is modern and clean and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, my room had a lot of noise. They had crews doing renovation during the day which made taking a nap impossible. Additionally, I could hear the elevator motor from my room while lying down (rm 434) which was annoying. I probably got a bad room and would consider the Flemings for my next stay.

Area recommendations

Stay away from the red light district area (east side of the station). It's not dangerous, but not something you want to have your hotel next to. The area north of the station was quite nice.

Getting around

Look into the Frankfurt card and or day passes.

“Small Jewel in Frankfurt`s Downtown”

Everything about the hotel is good and the service and location are great. If only they`d change the carpets and tv`s it would be perfect.

“A Delightful Experience”

We only spent one night in Frankfurt and took the train the next morning to Berlin. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and modern and the buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel is very conveniently located to the train station and near a number of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were very helpful in answering all of our questions. We have already recommended the hotel to a number of our friends and would definitely stay there again on future visits to Frankfurt.

“Very convenient becuase of its location.”

It is a very convenient hotel to visit the Messe Fair in Frankfurt, only 5 minutes walk! The room is comfortable and has exactly what one needs for a short and business stay. Breakfast is delicious! The only thing, was that internet does not work very well...a bit slow and I had dificulty to enter on some occasions.

“Near Main Train Station”

Great Location next to main train station (you can walk)with great german restaurant less than a block to the left out the front of hotel(Pention Restaurant). Great food-reasonable prices.
