Mixed review. Our first night, we had no bedspreads. Also, towels were thready and thin. I loved the Easter decor and breakfast offered pretty good variety. Most staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location. The hotel rooms are basic but clean. Rooftop pool is added attraction. Breakfast is good but basic.

Its a nice hotel with a good breakfast included and close enough to the city center to walk to it. If you need to do laundry, please know in the gas (petrol) tation, there are coin operated machines!

Clean. Ver dangerous place. Personal dont care actualky about you. We asked for our safe box 4 different tome, it wasn't fixed. We get the same breakfast everyday.

The stay was worth it for the rooftop bar & views! The rooms were okay but we had issues with the shower leaking, the room didn’t get cleaned when we wanted and the service was slow.

Great location
Location is very central along the main road, close to bars, restaurants and local amenities. Breakfast was superb with lots of variety. Overall hotel is clean and the front desk was very helpful. Rooms was very spacious and clean. If driving a vehicle they have on site parking

Excellent view from the 17th floor pool and bar deck over the entire city, the Parana river and Paraguay. The only minor issues were: having a room on the 16th floor, we could hear all the music and noise from above each night until midnight or so. Also, the default was to not have our room cleaned - we had to proactively place a "clean room" board on our door each morning. Not a big deal on each of these, though.

The pool looks nice in the photos but it's not that big and it was always crowded. The rooms were decent and the air conditioning worked well.

Only two elevators for the entire facility, took 10 minutes to get down to lobby from the 14th floor. Bad window seals, water Leaked from the windows onto the floor and under bed.

OK for couple days, nice reception, rude tour desk
Just a simple hotel. It does do the job for visiting the area. The staff at reception spoke good English and were willing to help me when it was needed. The internet was spotty, I didn’t like that it would time out and I would have to write reviews for the hotel to get onto the internet again. I found the upstairs pool staff pushy. I just wanted to relax, enjoy the view and do a few things online and they kept trying to put a menu in my face and sell me things. I advise you to NOT use the Foz Trip tour desk in the lobby. Bad service, bad attitude. I bought two tickets from them They didn’t tell me the boat safari had a cut off time, so that was bad on them. I missed the boat which I wanted to do before I even arrived, was very disappointed. Frustrating that I paid for the ticket ahead of time also. I went to the desk twice to get a refund during the day, nobody there. I emailed, got no reply. I tried to mention it to them at check out so they could process the refund and she scolded me for not coming down sooner. Was messaging me on WhatsApp and was very unprofessional and rude. Told me to stay 5 more minutes. My flight had been cancelled the day before and I needed to get to the airport. She won’t give me a refund and told me to take it up with my bank, which is just more work for me to do. I ended up having to block Foz Tripz on WhatsApp because the messages were inappropriately rude to a customer for something that was their fault.

Just enjoy your stay
Amazing hotel. The breakfast was great, the pool ok the rooftop is small but never busy, and with beautiful views of the city. The food is superb and fairly priced, the drinks by the pool are a must. Great place, will definitely come back

New hotel (5 years old) in a great location. Rooms were large and bed comfy. Nice pool and bar at the roof top. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. All staff were pleasant to deal with, and they accommodated us for an early check in. The only small negative is the elevators are unable to cope well when there are even a bit of a crowd arriving or leaving. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and the location is fantastic. Just wish they had irons available. Instead they have one iron and ironing board in a hallway on one of the floors. Not very convenient and awkward ironing your clothes as people pass by to go to their rooms.
