Very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean hotel!
Front desk staff could speak English, they were very friendly, stored our luggage for free after checking out. Very clean hotel and good breakfast.

Firstly, the staff are amazing and super nice. Everything was great about the room itself except that there were quite a few ants crawling around and I had to use scented oils to keep them at bay while I was sleeping at night, otherwise they would bite me. The breakfast buffet was really good and the location of the hotel is also very convenient.

4 Star Hotel with 5 Star Service
Stayed here for two nights to explore the Iguazu Falls. The hotel is a good location as a base with restaurants, shopping and s grocery store all nearby. The outstanding thing about this property is the staff. The went above and beyond to assist us and make sure we had a good stay. They even made phone calls on our behalf in Portuguese after our visa card was cancelled until they could get an English speaking representative. The hotel itself is good, clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. There is a nice rooftop pool which was also clean.

OK Hotel, could be better.
We checked in at 5 am, because we wanted to make a quick stop because we still had a 6 hours drive before getting back home. We just wanted to sleep for a few hours. I had stayed in this same hotel 7 years ago, back then it looked much nicer, they haven’t really upgraded the rooms, the were remodeling the lobby when we were there and I remember the breakfast being a lot better last time. I was hoping that they let up do a late check out at 1pm but they didn’t. If I need to say the night in Foz de Iguazu again, I will not be choosing this hotel when there are so many that I think are much better.

Decent hotel to stay and visit Iguassu falls. Rooms were clean and they have a decent breakfast selection. Pros: Price, staff, room cleanliness and breakfast. Cons: We had a triple room but the size of the room was really small. We had three beds but no space to keep three bags (not big ones) and move around. We kept the bags between beds and managed. Our friends booked a similar room and their room was bigger. So, do check the room at check-in. We stayed in room 104 or 105 and the other room was in 4th floor. Other issue with ground floor was the hallway noise. Rooms 100s are between the reception and elevator - so there is a constant noise until 11pm or midnight.

The check-in was quick, the room was good and clean. Good showers. Great breakfast. The hotel arranged for early breakfast on the day of departure since our flight was quite early. It is much appreciated! There is a super market nearby if you need something. The only thing that could have made the stay better is if the room size was slightly bigger. But the hotel is good value for money and I would happily recommend to others.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, I arrived before check-in and the staff accommodated this giving me a room without having to wait. My room was clean and comfortable, buffet breakfast had a good variety and selection. Hotel location is close to places to eat.

Local Feel
The hotel was in a good location with a little shop for snacks right next door. They were great with recommendations and a local restaurant they sent us to was great for both food and atmosphere! They even helped us get a taxi to go shopping in Paraguay and more importantly, to bring us back! Nice roof top area and bartender made a great Caipirinha! You go to this city to see the Falls so you don't need fancy frills to keep you at the hotel all day, but if you wanted a day to relax by the pool, you could do that too. I would stay at this place again.

Operates on functionality and it succeeded in providing just that, the necessary functionality in a clean environment. The rooms were tidy and well maintained. Hotel staff was great. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for 5 night in Del Rey. I came for visit form the States. the hotel overall is good, very clean,and the breakfast was very good as well. However, the room doesn't have enough space. We(my parents and I) stayed in one room and this was the worst decision. The room lighting were really bad and dim.

Definitely worth staying!!!!
Excellent location next to bus terminal. Superb service with clean facility and room condition. Pool bar on roof top is perfect to chill and night view of the city. Brazilian BBQ nearby the hotel is cheap and traditional with good quality. Can also walk 10 mins to a huge supermarket with everything. Definitely worth staying!!!!

Definitely recommend
The staff at El Rey is one of the best we have come across in Brazil. Reception is always smiling and welcoming, you are always greeted as you cross paths with any staff and the same at breakfast they are even humming and singing happy doing their job. Really nice feeling. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and plenty of choice for breakfast. The central bus station is 2 blocks from the hotel, where you can catch a bus to all the attractions. Also close to supermarket and the town centre. Even a bus stops 30 meters that will take you to the airport. Room service is done every day, but your sheets are not changed and you have the option to keep the same towels. Definitely would recommend this hotel. Great value for the price.

Good motel!
There are more pros than cons. To keep it short here it is: Pros: - Cheap - Good location - Bus to the falls/airport across the motel (bus 120 and bus national park, 6.20 br.) - Excellent breakfast buffet, lots of variety. - Rooms are basic but clean. - English speaking helpful front desk. - Decent restaurants around the motel. - Good fast fairly priced laundry service. Cons: - Very slow internet in the room (much faster in the breakfast restaurant and lobby) - You can have a good night sleep only from about 11pm to 6 am, unfortunately the walls and doors are not insulated ,when any body walks talks on the hallway you would think they're in your room. Conclusion: If you can function with 7hr of sleep this is the best bang for your $

Lovely place close to the beach
A lovely place with friendly staff & a short walk to the beach. Nice view from the room and the pool was just a walk out of the room. The hotel is not easy access by public transport. Usually a 20 Rial cab ride from the bus stop.

perfect stay to explore around the area
The location is perfect. It's one block away from the bus terminal - buses to Iguacu and airport, Italpu dam; OR international buses to Argentina and Paraguay opposite the bus terminal. There is even a bus stop right opposite the hotel (20meters) for the route to Iguacu and airport. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room and facilities and in good condition and clean. The buffet breakfast offers a good range of food, especially the breads, cakes and fruits. Overall, it's a perfect experience. It's good value for the money and I would highly recommend it to any traveller!

I was very pleasantly surprised. I have been travelling a lot lately and this hotel was over my expectation. It was well located. The staff from the concierge was very efficient with the booking of our activities. The staff at the front desk recommended us good restaurants. The room was clean. The AC and Wifi worked correctly

Great spot for Iguazu Falls tourists
Super conveniently located, walking distance to buses, major grocery store, shops and restaurants. Rooms cozy but functional and comfortable. Staff notable for being friendly and helpful. I used the on-site guides for my Iguazu trip and everything went great, it was truly lifetime highlight. If I come again, I'll stay here again.

The Del Rey is a solid hotel, with a great, English-speaking staff. It is about a R$50 cab ride from the airport. Room: I had a room with a double and a twin (US$32/night). There is a fridge and a little table with two chairs to set up your goods. The AC and TV worked well. The shower was a decent size, but leaked a little (couldn't tell where it was coming from). The room was very clean and the staff kept it clean during my stay. Breakfast/Amenities: The breakfast options are plentiful (juices, breads, meats, coffee, fruits, etc.) and the food quality was sufficient, but not overwhelming. The pool is not huge, but great for a dip, plus there is a bar. The staff will hold your bags before check-in/after check-out and there is a tourism agent right on site. The neighborhood seemed safe and was a short walk from many shops/restaurants and a large supermarket. I would recommend a stay here

Two day in Foz
This hotel is great. We stayed for two nights and our room was very clean, nice bathroom, very good breakfast (lots of choices) and friendly staff. It is a short trip away from the falls (maybe 15 minutes b car). you can also hire some tours from the hotel. I will stay here again!

Great location
Very well located, clean large rooms, would definitely recommend. The only downside was a slightly dated bathroom.
