This hotel is in a very poor part of town. We had people making threatening comments, following us into our room without invite. There where cats living under the tarp covered pool. We checked in and exactly 17 minutes later we left. Very unsafe

I wont stay there again. A 50 dollar deposit to stay in that raggedy hotel. The one in Burleson looks a millon times better

Motel 6 has definitely gone down the drain. It doesn’t care about the guests anymore. This property has no desire to put the guests first let alone fix up their rooms.

The place is scary looking and old. People outside the hallway drinking. Room was okay it was clean. The parking lot was full and dark

Upon entering the room and examining the bed - I found bugs in the bed. I went to the front office and demanded a refund. I then went to a different hotel. The pool at this hotel is closed and filthy, "non-smoking" rooms all smell like smoke. The floor and bathrooms were filthy.

Accommodations were good. Noise levels were high, especially in the evening. Parking was tight, especially at high traffic times. The staff was courteous and efficient.

Where do I even begin? Rude front desk clerk, housekeeping walked in on me without knocking while I was in my room, at least she said sorry then close the door, but sorry just didn't cut it. Plenty of flies in the room. Not to mention a dirty parking lot. I like Studio 6 just not this one.

It's a Trap
It looks nice on the inside but they are lacking everywhere else. The beds aren't that comfortable. The other guests are not very considerate of noise levels or the time of night in which they are loud.

The guy watched me book the room and pay for it and then told me they don’t have rooms, proceeding to give someone else a room right after. I want my money back. I require a refund ASAP.

Lots of value for little cost
Our stay at Studio 6 was comfortable and pleasant. Although the rooms are spartan, they have everything that you need. The kitchen area as well as the bathroom were spotless and the bed was comfortable. Due to its location, it was a little loud, but the AC fan over-rode most of the noise. Also, the parking lot was a little dirty with trash, etc. I would stay here again because of the cleanliness and the amenities. Note: there are no paper goods (Kleenex, paper towels), shampoo/conditioner, as well as no kitchen supplies so plan accordingly.

Property is clean, no roaches and mostly quiet at night. However I was disappointed after getting the room and realizing there was no stove top.That's when they told me that most rooms do not have a full kitchen.

Place was dirty they put me in a smoker room room when I asked for nonsmoking and when I left after 15 minutes they wouldn’t give me a refund but instead they charged me twice worst place to stay

Hotel was clean, as a cheap hotel, service is almost nonexistent. But my 2 complains:they left then than half of a toilet paper in a double room (134) and the shower bath tub and walls were too slippery., that's real dangerous, anyone can get hurt or even worst in that shower.
