“This hotel was very nice, I will stay there every time I am in town”
Very nice proptery. Well maintained. Nice staff.
“Pleasantly surprised”
After I booked the reservation I read a number of reviews that were extremely negative. Theefore I was pleasantly surprised with the service, cleanliness and appointments. My wife and I had a very nice two day stay. My only complaint is that the parking fees are quite high.
“Good place to sleep”
a bit expensive, but overall a good stay
“Will not go back”
Called the front desk 8 times because of screaming in the room next to us starting at 11 pm and continuing in the hall until 3 am. Security did not handle the problem. I will not go back.
“Poor guest services”
I reserved 2 King rooms for 2 nights. When we arrived we asked if we could be located close together and were told they were sold out and we would be on separate floors. We were given 2 handicapped rooms with queen beds, no tub (only shower)' and no vanity. When we went back to the desk to complain, we were then given queen rooms next to each other. The bellboy, who had been tipped to take our luggage up to the first 2 rooms, was at the desk when we were issued new rooms, but did not offer to help us move. The second day, we arrived back to our room to find it had been cleaned, but they failed to leave enough linens. There was 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, but no washcloths or bathmat. I felt that the guest services were poor at best.
“Good meeting hotel”
Check-in and check-out good, quick and easy. Very friendly staff.
“functional and dull”
very forgettable.
“four night success”
Stayed at Sheraton for 4 days and it was absolutely wonderful. The room was excellent with enough room to do work and the wireless was excellent. In addition there is a super business section set up off the lobby and it also was a great place to work with a printer. The spa on locatin was an added bonus. All staff were very attentive. They arranged trips to the airport and helped withefficitent tranportation. Another bonus was a great restaurant on site. All in all...stay at the Sheraton...much brighter and nicer than the Omni.
“OK for quick stay”
The Sheraton is convenient if you're doing business in downtown Ft Worth. Rooms are fairly large and comfortable. The only issues I had were with some of the service & cleanliness related to the corridors. On my floor, several trays of food stayed on the floor for almost 48 hours before being picked up--and an attempt to order breakfast using the door hanger card was unsuccessful (no one on the hotel staff ever came by during the night, despite my posting it at 9 pm the day before). But if you need a reasonably priced, convenient place and you're not staying there as a vacation spot, the hotel is fine.
“Impressed”
Very nice hotel, elegant, the indoor pool was fantastic. The service was quick and polite. We also took advantage of the spa service which was amazing. It was right next door to the convention center. Walking distance to downtown, but there was still a free shuttle to and from downtown.

Downtown Fort Worth, Texas, United States of America: Sundance Square is downtown Fort Worths signature destination. Here, visitors can shop, dine, and sleep in historic buildings in a 14-block area. One of the citys gems, though, opened only in 2001. Despite its age, the Bass Performance Hall was built to match its old-time surroundings. Two 48-foot angels guard the main entrance.
