“In the Closet”
We arrived later that the regular check in. They put us in a room that basically the size of a closet. It had a King size bed but was barely big enough for anything else. Room 304 If you don't believe me see for your self. Also I requested a room with a fridge due to the fact that I am a diabetic insulin dependant and need a fridge. Never received a fridge or the offer to give us a room with one. If I were you (Expedia) I would reevaluate you hotel ratings scale. This is not a 3 star hotel. They spend a Hoop of $$$ on the Lobby and the rooms are very out dated and need work. Not satisfied...
“Uncomfortable Bed”
I chose this hotel because other Radissons had been quite nice and it was supposed to be close to the Texas Motor Speedway. It turned out to be further from the speedway than I hoped but not a major issue. I was dissapointed with the quality of the bed. The spring count had to of been minimal. I leaned on my side using my elbow as support and bruised myelbow as it rolled off a spring into a gap between it and another. For myself it was okay but I'm glad I didn't book anyone else into this hotel.
“Pleasant stay”
Apart from hotel restaurant nothing else close by (walkable) for evening meals. Staff were vey helpfull. Need of own transport essential.
“Not impressed by Radisson”
When we checked in, the front desk person didn't bother to look at my reservation information. She sent me to a room with a double bed. I had reserved a King, NS, with Sleep Number bed. So had to haul my luggage from 1 to 5, exchange keycards, etc. Restaurant was closed Sunday after 2:00 PM, but that was one of the reasons I picked it. Understand it was Labor Day weekend, so did not make a fuss. Smokers in the stairwells every day allowed smoke to get into my room, near the stairwell. Woke me up Sunday morning with the stink. Management should not allow it.

Overall I had a pleasant stay. But for the money.... the room wasn't much better than Motel 6

“Moldy”
The room we stayed in had a moldy smell. Just felt like an old musty room. I would not stay there again.
“Fossil”
Hotel was very nice as were all the employees I met. Lobby was really cool and my wife loved the club. Excellent location for the stockyards.
“Just awful”
The service in the hotel was good, and the people were nice, but this hotel is just awful. The air in the rooms is not renewed and it smells really bad. It was so bad that we had to change rooms, but it did not make a big difference.
“east texas”
Hotel was like we expected. Room was very nice, air conditioner worked wonderful. The service at front desk was very helpful. Will stay again when we are in the area.
