“Courtyard experience excellent”

We traveled to Forth Worth to be at my daughter's wedding, and selected this hotel for its location (central to the activities), and prior experience with other Courtyard Marriotts. The service was great, friendly and responsive. The breakfast included in the package we booked through Expedia was terrific each morning, and turned out to be the place to meet for family while we were in town.

“Worry free stay”

Accomodations were more than adequate. The hotel was clean and quiet. Enjoyed being able to use the internet. The breakfast was wonderful; they offered a wide variety of entrees, and extremely helpful service!

“No Hot water”

The problem with no hotwater was handled by no one at the front desk in the morning and no one answering the phones. Upon checkout all the hotel guests were complaining to each other. With the front desk empty.

“Great Staff”

We had to arrive late, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We found the room to be quite nice and very clean. I was alittle disappointed with the breakfast that was available. But overall we were quite pleased
