Nice, but wifi was in and out and since we were there for 8 days I went over my cellular data plan, which cost me extra.

Nice, clean hotel

Pros: Nice and clean.
Cons: Lower bed platforms.
Location: Good location for the stockyards....4.5 miles away.
Arrived very late about 12 or 1am. Staff was very nice. Room was very clean and nice and everything in the room worked. When you first open the door and walk in the smell was so pleasant and not like other hotels....it was super nice.The layout of the room was awesome....The bathroom was in the middle of the room across from the beds and the kitchen area with an extra sink made it nice for two people to get ready at the same time. Word to the wise....if you are a short or special needs person you best bring a step stool to climb on the bed (the bed platform and mattress makes the bed very high. The staff did try to help me by giving me a stepladder, but that still didn't work..All an all a very nice hotel. Breakfast was fair.

Potentially good hotel spoiled by poor facilities

Pros: Comfortable bed. Good location. Staff friendly.
Cons: Rooms need to be checked for serviceability of electrical equipment between customers.
Location: Texas Roadhouse Grill just next door - good food and drink. 5 mins from I35.
I booked this hotel as a stopover when driving from Wichita to Austin. It was in a good location with walking access to local bars and food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby facilities were adequate. A self-service breakfast was included in the price - low quality but acceptable as a quick option before travelling. Parking facilities were good. However. I was really disappointed by the standard of my room. Whilst clean and well-presented, the aircon, bedside lamps and telephone were all broken. I was provided with an alternate room but compensation for my inconvenience. I woukd not stay here again. It is clear that the facility is under-maintained. I should not have been given a room in the condition it was in. Disappointing.

Great spacious rooms. Toilet was loose and did not get any help from the front desk when we tried to tell them. Breakfast was below average.

Very comfy beds - even a NEW mattress!

The hotel was great. What needs attention is the pool area. There doesn't appear to be any staff checking the pool or hot tub for cleanliness. The pool restroom had no toilet paper. Walls of pool & spa are turning green. My 10 y.o. granddaughter cleaned out cups & pop cans from spa.

Did not like my stay at Comfort Suites

the hotel is basically occupied by laborers working on the highway system in Fort Worth. I certainly would not like for my wife or daughter to use the pool with so many male occupants. As a matter of fact I saw the pool and it appeared not to be in use - not ready for use. My main problem was trying to use the internet. I looked through the brochere and there were no directions on how to use the internet. I called the front office and the clerk seemed to be annoyed that I had asked about the wi-fi (internet).I ended up calling the national 800 number and finally they called the hotel and I think someone from the national office helped me get on the internet. Needless to say I will not use this motel again and perhaps my times of staying in Comfort Suites in over. A organization should have pride in the service it gives. Last friday and saturday I stayed at a Hampton Inn in Schretz texas. That Hotel/Motel was a 10. I had to stay at a motel this monday because my house was being painted. I live less that 5 miles from the Hotel/Motel. I am not happy about poor service and lack of information (the manual did not explain the use of the Wi-Fi.
