Hotel service was great. People very friendly and helpful. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was fair. The location was great. I will definately stay here again.
“Nice hotel, shuttle service kind of a joke.”
We choose this hotel on a recent trip to the Dallas area because of its close distance to the airport, the fact that it had a pool, and the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and the surrounding area. We arrived on a Friday at 11:30 AM and waited three hours and called the hotel four times before they finally sent a driver to pick us up. (each time they called the driver was "at lunch"). Overall the rooms were nice and clean, the beds were very comfortable and smoke free. We were disappointed to find the pool was closed although other pools in the area were open. Luckily we had a rental car for most of the trip because the shuttle was not available to take us anywhere all weekend. Monday morning the only time the shuttle was available to us was at 10 am (our flight left at 5:30 pm) Overall the hotel was nice and I may stay there again, We were disappointed with the shuttle and feel that it was falsely advertised.

they were very friendly. Anything we needed they took care of for us. It was a good location and easy to get anywhere. We will diffently stay there again.

The room was nice and clean, with everything in place. Had plenty of towels, toiletries and coffee in the room. Not a single problem with the wireless internet -perfect. Room was located at a great location and convenient to just about anything you wanted.

“Surprisingly Nice Stay”
My family and I had a very pleasant stay here. I think it was the first time that we had nothing to complain about in a hotel! Exceeded expectations, especially since the rates were very reasonable. Excellent service! The desk clerk called our room a few minutes after check-in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and to ask if we needed anything. We didn't have breakfast there, but the coffee from the breakfast area was very good! Would definitely stay their again.
“Updated nicely”
The hotel had a nice renovation and was clean and comfortable. I was in town on business and my stay was very brief but the staff was courteous, breakfast was nice, and parking was close to my room.

I really recomend the best western NE North richards hills the room are clean the personel are frendly and very serviable, I was enjoying to be there and deffinitly return there if I travel in DALLAS again. 4 star service in a motel.
