We enjoyed our visit. Beds were comfy, couch was comfy. Very clean, well appointed. My ONLY complaint was that channel selection was limited on tv. If you have kids with you, bring a tablet. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. We will use Hyatt Place as our new home base in Ft. Wayne.

Clean, felt safe, the hotel was in good condition. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was truly excellent many choices more akin to a pre-COVID hotel experience.

The heat did not work in our room the entire time we were there. An attempt was made to first the heat and it only worked for a short time. It was one of the coldest weekends of the year and we couldn't get the heat to work. I was also charged for drink that I did not have and had to call twice to have it removed from my bill

Staff was welcoming and very attentive. The hotel looked ready for an update. Carpets and finishes were pretty worn. Convenient location near restaurants and stores.

The bathroom is TIGHT! When you open the bathroom door, it misses the toilet by an INCH. YOU have to open the door, step to the side of the toilet and THEN shut the door. We dealt with it.

Went here to see a concert at Piere's. The venue was a straight shot 2 mile trip. Great location for my purpose. The room was large enough to have a couple friends stop by and relax before we all went to the concert. Overall a great hotel experience.

This was a nice property for being an older building. The beds were comfortable. The room was warm. The staff were friendly and nice. The room needed a few minor updates. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

The air-conditioning unit was not working properly. It was set at 68 but the temperature in the room was 73. The phone was all dismantled. The tube was plugged. The drain was open but it filled faster than it drained.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean but the beds were awful! These mattresses need to be replaced bad! Breakfast was decent but not a lot of choices.
