“It was fine for what it is”

The mattresses were not the luxury ones, but neither is Days Inn. It was fine. We had no problems.

Area recommendations

Great neighborhood close to several good restaurants. Right off the highway. Close to a Meijer, which is like Wal-Mart.

“Sufficient for the price.”

The hotel was clean and comfortable yet dated. The breakfast was good too. It just needs an upgrade but we were very satisfied with finding something at that price that was close to the Coliseum.

Allen Memorial Coliseum - great concerts and good selection of places to eat.

“OBTAINED VIRUS THROUGH INTERNET”

They may offer free wireless internet, but it is not a secure connection. After arriving back home, and using my computer for the 1st time since the trip, I must have a virus on it, b/c my computer has completely died. DO NOT USE THEIR WIRELESS INTERNET!!!

“Good price”

The hotel is older, rough around the edges but for the price it was good. The room was old but clean. The beds comfortable, Breakfast was nice.

“WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN, EVEN FOR FREE!!”

I requested 2 rooms both with queen size beds, only one room was jus that. The pull out bed in my room had blue smears on the blanket, it looked like it hadn't been washed in a long time. The heater never shut off which caused the room to be way to hot while sleeping. The door going into our room didnt shut correctly and had a huge gap. The tub was filthly and neither of the pop machines would not work.

“Days Inn Sux”

Room had a horrible odor, shower curtain moldy, dust on bathroom floor, toilet dirty, carpet stained.

Downtown...lots of nice restaraunts, places to go, parks, trails, festivals, concerts, baseball.

“Middle of the Road”

I got a little more than what I paid for. Two complain one the highway noise; but when I turned on the heater there was no outside noise, and a opening at the bottom of the door; but I put a towel down to block off the opening, and everything was comfortable and warm. The price is what I wanted to pay, very good location, looked to be a safe location, lots of outside lighting, room was clean, had a refrigerator that came in handy everything worked. There were better places to stay for more money around the same area. I was a traveler that needed a clean quite, safe place to stay. For the price I would stay again.

“Not impressed”

I'm sad to say that I will not be returning to this hotel. Everything was okay until we entered the room. The room had a terrible odor and there was mold on the inside of the shower curtain. That's gross!

“Very convienent for what it is”

Student from Michigan who wanted to go to the NCAA Hockey regional in Ft. Wayne, stayed here because it was cheap. For the price, the place was pretty small, but very convienent and very clean. I would definitely stay here again if needed.
