This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and my 12 year old child let me know we wouldnt be staying again. The crusty puke leftovers on the elevator that had been there for the entire 3 days, the flooded pool area with broken chairs, oh and the over abunance of weed smell walking to the lobby at 6am was a bit much. The 3 times of having to clarify with the front desk because i couldnt get a straight answer each time was also not not worth what I paid. Shower was gross.

Light automatically turns on in the room. Had to get out of bed 5 times in the middle of the night to turn off the light, because the light constantly turns on. Pool out of order also

I really enjoyed the pool, the place is quite quiet and has a nice calming atmosphere with such kind staff. The bed were nice and comfy, the beds were very neat when we entered the room. There were no issues and everything was very decent, our time here was very delightful and it was an amazing experience!

Service/front desk was great when my room didn't have a remote. They promptly gave me another room. Rooms are clean, quiet, welcoming, comfortable. All around very nice hotel.

Warm welcome at reception. CLEAN: elevator, room, hall, stairs, breakfast room. ROOM: comfortable, excellent towels, shower, and amenities; FULL breakfast: tasty, fresh, plenty of options, continually refilled. QUIET. EASE of checkout. I left refreshed. Will stay here again!

We would like to apologize again for the pool being closed. We try very hard to ensure that the pool is open, sometimes though it is unavoidable. We have been having some chemical issues and didn't want to take the chance with our guest safety.
I wish we would’ve known the pool was closed. We brought kids excited to swim.

The hotel was clean and in a nice neighborhood. However, our tub didn't drain, so only one of us could bathe in the morning, and the front desk did not do anything about it other than let us know that a future renovation should take care of the problem. That did not help us, and the hotel refused to give even a partial refund of our cost for the room.

my son (5) and i stayed here for a week and kr was wonderful. the staff was friendly and super helpful, and theh always had someone at the desk whether it be a person or the kiosk. it was a lovely expereince

Hotel was great for the 2 nights we stayed. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Indoor pool was nice except for large puddles of water in the floor. Would stay there again.
The manager that checked us in, was AMAZING!! The room was very clean, the breakfast was good, lots of options! Check out was super easy!

The laundry was out of service and dining was not open early enough. The hotel could use renovations. No pet poo bags and disposal area. The staff were wonderful!!
It was O.K. for our needs. Hot Tub was down, did not have desk clerk at many times, trying to use a virtual assistance via video screen, not exactly personal service.

The Hot tub was not working, the lady that checked us in was not feeling well so was lets say less then nice, there was not a human at the front desk in the morning. Just a video screen person, so the poor Breakfast lady was bomb barded with guest issues out of her control.
Breakfast was good and the lady running it was a blessing.
Room was very Dry--
It was so dirty in the room. Dust webs, shaven hair, dusty, food stuck to the table. I didn’t appreciate having to check myself in using a kiosk. I’m not employed at Best Western.

This property said they where booked but there were no cars in parking lot. I don't think there what to work with Expedia.

I could not find your reservation by first name only. I would love to check into this for you if you could get back to me. I know for a few weekends in a row we have had several sports groups meaning they would have come on a bus and been gone through out the day. Please get back with me so that I can look into why we couldn't book your reservation.

Our weight room is open 24/7 you just need to ask the front desk for the key. yes, our laundry room is closed t the moment and I apologize for that. During our remodel we do plan to have this up and functional again.

Christopher, I wanted to personally apologize for being over booked on the night of your stay. Sometimes third parties don't realize that rooms have been booked and unfortunately the night of your stay was one of them. So I wanted to apologize personally and to let you know we have fixed the glitz in the system.
The Wonderful General Manager Kim, and the Lovely Lady in the breakfast room, Deb, made my stay so warm and comfortable that I felt like I was saying goodbye to family when I checked out. Fort Wayne struck it rich with these two ladies, I have never enjoyed a hotel stay more, anywhere. I will definitely be back.
