“Crystal Villas”

Me and my teen daughters were extremely satisfied with the location and surrounding area. It was of most convenience to everything especially the beach. I would definitely be returning and recommend it to all my family and friends

“Great right on the beach.”

We really enjoyed the stay in Destin. The condo was clean and located right on the beach. It was not crowded and there was a family atmosphere. The location was very nice and clean.

“Not very clean”

The location was great, however the ad was misleading. It was supposed to have two pools, there was only one. The room had sand all over the floors and in the carpets. The sliding door was broken and if you went out on the veranda you couldn't get back in unless you left the door cracked. One of the chairs on the veranda was broken in half, so you couldn't sit in it. Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, the play was great!

“Locked out”

We stayed at the condo right on the beach. Great location. Very impersonal for check-in. Check-in time was very limited and we did not get into town in time. They did not call with the code as you stated they would. We had to call to see how we got into our unit. We went and did that outside the building. No human present. The info packet said we had to go back the next day to pay for the cleaning. We would have paid at the time we checked in if we could have met with someone. We forgot to go back the next day. We went to the beach. When we got back to the unit we were locked out. There was no phone number listed anywhere to call. It was a mess! They had our phone number. It would have been nice to have received a call instead of locking us out.
