This place is far from a "resort". Very dated, dirty and musky. However, it is convenient to many cool bars and the receptionist is a really sweet lady. I would not stay here again.

Easily accessible to local storefronts, coffee and breakfast. Easy parking. Hardly any one at the property other than folks who call it their residence. Other than the multitude of cockroaches we had to handle in the room during our 8 night stay, our time here was acceptable for the low price of $850 (9 days, 8 nights).

Worst experience ever! Dirty place with dirty bed sheets, bed bugs, no staff after 4:30 so I couldn’t even move rooms and they denied my refund. Had to sleep in my car until I found a new hotel. Don’t stay here, the proximity isn’t worth it.

The room was outdated. It look like a dorm room with a king size bed in it. The bathroom wasn't clean. The pictures online are misleading.

We arrived at 4pm, check in started at 3pm, we were told our room wasn’t ready because they had too many people checking in. They told us they would call us when it was ready. We waited 2 hours and. 40 minutes and nothing so we went back and it still wasn’t ready for another 20 minutes. They told us the housekeeping was just making our beds and when we got to our room the TV didn’t work and nothing looked cleaned at all. I sanitized all the surfaces with a wipe because it was just one night. The beds suck. Tv didn’t work. You have to take the trash out before you leave and the dumpsters were a mess. The sauna doesn’t work at all, the gym is in disarray and had a fan that looked to be helping air out an old vent with mold on the wall, I was disgusted. We tried some of the equipment and half of it didn’t work.

Managent needs a wake up call
We were supposed to check in at 3:00 p.m. however me and my family and at least 9 or 10 other families that were supposed to check in at 3:00 did not start getting rooms until 6:00 p.m. because they did not have them clean. We really weren't offered anything in exchange for this late check-in and what we did get checked in the staff leaves for the night so once we got to our room and had questions about things there was no phone to use no phone number to call for after hours no one on property to ask any questions or get anything if we needed it was a total Joke

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately because we are short-staffed, the days when we have a lot of arrivals, check-in may be a little later. While check-in starts at 3pm, it is not guaranteed to be ready at 3pm exactly. There is an after hours number on the sheet you should have received at check-in.

Property outside was pretty, but we waited one-and-a-half hours after check-in time to get our room. There were no towels in the room, the mattress was very uncomfortable, found a roach in the bathroom during the night, a/c was very noisy when it kicked on. The room had a connecting door with the tv console in front of it, and light shined into our room all night around the cracks in the door frame. Will not stay there again and don’t recommend.

The location of this place is great. You're a five minute drive away from the Boardwalk.Traffic can be a little congested which adds a few minutes to the drive. The resort could use updating and a few repairs but over all it’s a good family place to stay.only a few things I was disappointed in finding a sock in the sofa left by last guest, no sheets on pull out,door lock to balcony could use WD 40 and not a single extra blanket in the room. The dish washer was out of order and floors could have been mopped better.Room 125 Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Roaches, broken blinds, someone elses clothes in dresser, someones dirty towel hun in bathroom, almost empty roll of toilet paper and no more, no blanket, wifi not strong enough to work, pool broken, absolutly horrible. And the number they give you to call the person on site if you have issues doesnt answer. When i checked out intalked to assistant manager who did not seem surprised and just said ohbsorry ill tell someone. Wont let me add pictures ....

Bed bugs stay away!
Horrible do not stay at this hotel! Bed bugs and other pests constantly in Admiral water front suite 104 and laundry room! They didn’t care either and told me I was the first guest to report this problem and it didn’t happen over night! The health dept should be called on this place!

Beachin' it.
The resort is in need of some upgrades but for the price it is a good place. We were within walking distance to several great places to eat. Parking was good, pool was good, hot tub also good. Need to enforce quiet hours better, 11pm is late enough to yell and carry on. Hot tub was right outside our balcony and a group of teenagers were rude and loud until about 1am. Overall I was happy with the stay.

The location was good, pool and view were nice. The room was clean except for a dirty sheet on the pull out couch. Overall nice stay, the air conditioning in one of our rooms was not working properly I let them know and it did not get fixed.

In our First bedroom we got assigned, the Air conditioner was not working. Also the air conditioner cable was barely connected, the wires were exposed creating a fire hazard. So we complained about it and were moved to another room. On our second room the floor was dirty, there was trash under the bed, the bathroom door was loose, barely hanging to the wall, but the worst was the sofa bed, it was totally nasty. The sofa bed spring mesh was corroded and the styrofoam’s cushion was all dirty with the dirt and corrosion. Do not waste your time and money.

Coffee pot was filthy, microwave was filthy, table was sticky and disgusting & phone got stuck. No sheets for pull out sofa. Need a real electrician to fix outlets before some gets electrocuted. Employees were polite. Balcony was filthy. Need to update and do some repairs. It's a beautiful place but need some repairs..

omg ! The reviews were terrible. We were worried about cleanliness & bugs, etc. It was fine ! NO PROBLEMS! We had room 224, Admiral suite. Two separate areas, king bed and then couch bed with kitchen area. 2 full bathrooms. TV's worked, A/C worked, Pool , HotTub, Beach area chairs, game room, Parking area .. ALL GOOD! Boat docking need a little update. I would definately stay again.

Roach infest guest living there with flea infeste
Under new management. Resort is infested with roaches. No security on premises. Guest living there with animals infested with fleas, both cats and dogs. Public restrooms trashed and out of service. Was ask by GM why we waited to complain when checking out? Told her that we complained the first day. No house keeping. They also allow guest to smoke on their balcony and or patio’s. Homeless people wondering the grounds.

The staff was decent and thats really about all I can say for this place. The door would barely move when my 220 pound self tried to open it by hand and aleays required a shoulder or hip thrown at it to get in. There was a lot of feral cats making noise and the street racing central seemed to be the main attraction to this area. Facilities were passable, but dont expect to enjoy any real amenities here.

Old carpets, noisy air conditioner unit and outdated amenities (old microwave and refrigerator) in the room. The shower light was flickering. Beds are too soft and you sink in. This is more of a motel than a resort

Worst place I’ve ever stayed
Whoever took pictures of this did a dang good job at it. This however did NOT look as it shows. Our room smelt of mildew constantly. The toilets were backed up and NEVER fixed or cleaned. The hot tub was not working correctly and never fixed. There was no staff there 24hrs at all or any information on how to even check out before staff hours. People live in this “resort”. You had to take care of your own towels and handle trash yourself. They were strict for how run-down the place truly was. I am in disbelief and will never go back. If you are looking for just a place to sleep, maybe this would do. But I would prefer Super 8 over this. This is no “resort” but a run-down, unclean motel.

I do not recommend staying here. They placed my room next to whoever is the live-in, full time night security. At 3am they had their TV blaring, they were loudly speaking all night, laughing, and I could hear the conversation through the old, connected doorway between rooms. Additionally, it sounded as if they were constantly scraping, talking, or moving things near the shared door. I assumed it was the security as they had flyers in that rooms window advertising the service. When I brought it up to the staff asking if that was security’s room and why was this happening, they were deceptive and didn’t want to explain it was security. Eventually, the desk clerk said this happens a lot and they will ask him to be quieter. If this is a known issue, then why is it allowed to continue? In the end, the security person was still very loud throughout our stay. We brought it up everyday yet nothing changed. The staff said they did not have any additional rooms despite the place being quite unoccupied. In the end, I would not stay here again. We found multiple palmetto bugs and the room was extremely musty.

The photographer who took the pictures of this place deserves a raise for making it look so good. It’s a road side motel. Within two minutes of being there I found several hairs on the bed and on the towels, furthermore the towels looked simply dried not actually cleaned. Only plus side was it’s convenience to the wedding I was attending

Clean room; extremely comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Everything outside of the room and the main building was terribly neglected. The steps were filthy and the grounds badly needed cleaning up. The place worked perfectly as a hotel; I was gone by 8am every day and not back until after 9pm. I would not have enjoyed any time there during the day,
