After paying the property $540 for 3 nights. After the 1st night, in the next Morning i find is a roach next to the bed. Yes i did take a picture of the bug in my phone. I was very upset that after i spent all that money for a roach to be next to the bed i slept in after 1 night. Freaking ridiculous if ask me. The hotel staff exchange the room for me and did heavy cleaning on that same room. Which was nice of the staff and manager. But could not lower my room rate. You are guranteed i will never book a hotel with expedia or la quinta ever. What a horrible experience.

We had a mix up in our reservation and Christina at the desk went above and beyond to help us out. She called the hotel I had thought I booked and got us rebooked there and took care of everything at both places. Totally impressed by her attitude and willingness to help! What a super employee ❤️

Everything was great but the room air conditioner, 72 was the lowest it would go, any lower setting would cause it to freeze up and climb above 75.

First time staying at La Quinta & was very impressed. Comfortable beds. Room is nice and quiet. Housekeepers were friendly & very cooperative. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Great choices & always delicious.

OK, I have rated this La Quinta excellent in many if not most areas. There are, however, areas that can definitely be improved on. #1. Their COX Wifi Service sucks. Seriously sucks and is not reliable. #2 while they did have 4-pots of regular coffee there was zero decaf. Even front desk admitted as much. #3 free breakfast was LOW end. With 4 dispensers for cereal and only 2-choices. I am willing to discuss other stuff with Mgt 850-712 4285 Mike Hendrix.....

I stayed 11 days with my son of 19 y. In general is clean, is super convenient because is near downtown and restaurants, walkable. In car, is near all, means near airport, (vps) only 15 minutes, malls, and my places. The parking lot was super nice and big. The issue that have a breakfast is a plus, because you don't have to wake-up hingry to clothing and search where you go to it, and more in raining days. You can eat and then, return tu your room and prepare with calm to begins your adventure day. The staff all the time were available. What can improve?, maybe, precisely the breakfast. I think can make a cicle that can change or add different things. Maybe some cheese or salad or fruits. I stayed 11 days....all the same. Can improve the cleanest. When arrive my room smell bad. I have to bought a refresher. I think the dust in rug or maybe something spread and dried in it. All be fine, but can improve.

Great location in FWB. There's a big parking lot adjacent to the building for semi trucks, RVs, and boat trailers. Very nice for under $100/night (in Dec 2023).

Most Unwelcome Ever
I stayed for one overnight on business. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was the poor customer service at check-in. I waited at the desk for several minutes while the female clerk (I didn't get her name) was sitting at a table to the right of the counter, just out of site. She was obviously on a personal call. I asked another customer who was waiting when I arrived if she had seen anyone and she answered "No". I said "Hello" rather loudly to get the attendant's attention. When she came out, she had a very nasty disposition. She didn't greet or welcome me, took my ID and credit card, gave me the forms to sign, tossed my documents on the counter, all while never speaking to me. Her behavior was very unacceptable. If I had had time to secure other arrangements before my meeting, I would have.

The hotel was nice but the exterior door in the hallway sounded like it was being slammed every time someone used it. We also had a dog that was barking at all hours during the night and early morning and the breakfast was not very good. We ended up just going out for breakfast after the first morning. The room was clean but my husband and one of the other people we were with that also stayed there complained about not being able to sleep well because the bed was too firm. We paid for a suite but found out the other group that came with us paid for a regular room and their room was just like ours except they had carpet.
