The staff was super nice! It was difficult to get to coming in from Little Rock area, but easy to get out going to Oklahoma the next day.

i loved the gym and pool and the waterfall and lounge area it was all very nice and clean and quiet. definitely recommended. i didn’t like how the rooms didn’t come with a mini fridge unless it was a suite.

The staff was outstanding and always provided a pleasant experience when I interacted with them. The customer service provided at the restaurant/bar was top notch. Unfortunately during my week long stay, a couple of distractors soured my experience: A roach was found in the main living area of my room. To the hotel's credit, I was promptly switched to another room and worked to rectify the situation. Lastly, for a period of two days, the hotel had issues with the fire alarm and that negatively impacted my ability to sleep and get proper rest.

The bed was comfy and it had several amenities. I’m sure this was just a system issue, but the fire alarm went off four different times. I would stay again because of the location.

Loved the style of this older hotel downtown. It has an onsite restaurant in the atrium which was spacious as well as a full bar. The focal point of the atrium was the cascading water feature on the outside of the scenic elevators. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The king room featured a brand new walk in shower which was nice. Would stay there again if attending an event downtown. Price was reasonable. Had to wait about 15 minutes for the receptionist to show up when i first checked in around 4:00 p.m.

When I stepped into the elevator is was dirty. Glass was not clean, finger prints everywhere and just not what I expect from a Wyndham hotel. My room smelled musty and when I pulled the curtain back there had been an obvious water leak with Black mold. I told the front desk and asked for a different room. I was immediately given a new room. When I arrived in my new room it looked like my 10 year old son made the bed. The hotel is older but it doesn’t mean you can’t wipe the scoff marks off the door or hallway walls. Take some pride in your establishment.

The staff was so friendly. The hotel was nice and quiet my only 2 dislikes it that 1. The hotel smells a little like mildew which i suspect is because of the waterfall. And 2. One i pulled the night stand out to plug in my charger wverything behind it was caked in an inch of dust.

Loved the atmosphere and uniqueness of the hotel. Staff personnel were pleasant and helpful. Food was good at the in-house restaurant but somewhat expensive and restrictive in portions. Parking was somewhat limited and required to park across the street in a municipal parking facility, making it inconvenient to transport kids/baggage back to the hotel (solution: leave family luggage at hotel first before parking across street). My bad that I did not read the entire website write-up on amenities ... but there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms, and no complimentary breakfast. Hotel is located in heart of old downtown with little in the way of shops/restaurants nearby. It was a nice experience and different from hotel stays in the past ... but would not recommend it for the average traveler.

The design of all floors open to bar/dining/seating areas below cause the noise levels to be out of control. You cannot sleep with loud laughing and talking below. It isn’t mufffled sounds; it literally sound like someone is screaming right out your door. There are also no amenities in the room such as fridge and microwave. Very poor design and sleep. Will never stay here again.

Check in was a disaster! Clerk had me standing at least 15 mins while the line got longer behind me. Had to run my card 3 times. Apparently the paid deposits weren’t in the system yet at 9pm. Ridiculous customer service. Rooms are dated, not enough parking, and over priced for what you get.

We were in Ft Smith for a cheer competition. It was convenient being connected to the convention center. However breakfast wasn’t included, which was fine but food was not good. The hotel knew how booked this hotel was due to competition but only had two staff members working restaurant. No clean plates to start. Food was just okay. Had to wait on food and drinks. Way below par for the price. Those two workers ran their feet off and just couldn’t keep up. You can do better Wyndam.

Stayed one night here during a road trip across Arkansas. The room was comfortable and the hotel convenient for everything we needed in Fort Smith - National Park, dinner and breakfast. One point to note was that there was no-one staffing the check in desk around 5pm when we arrived and we waited several minutes before anyone showed up.

Amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. They served meals and had room service. In the morning they have a breakfast buffet which is free to their guests. Love the waterfall ambience in the main area. We will not hesitate to come again.
