“Very nice”

We really enjoyed all aspects of the accommodations and would certainly recommend to others. It is very accessible from the freeway.

Area recommendations

Historic downtown Van Buren was very quaint and worth visiting.

“Nice hotel with friendly staff”

We had a nice stay here. The staff was really friendly. The rooms and the pool area were really clean. We did not have any problems. The only thing that I did not like it that they put a $50 hold on my debit card for "incidentals" that stayed on for almost 3 days, but I think that is common. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Van Buren.

Area recommendations

I recommend the train ride from Van Buren to Winslow and back on the Arkansas Missouri Railroad. It was a great ride, relaxing, and comfortable. We took our almost 3 year old and she loved it! It took about 2 hours and 45 minutes and that was about the perfect amount of time. The scenery is beautiful and the ride is entertaining. Our favorite part was the 1700 foot tunnel that was completely pitch dark. We will definitely do that again!

“Came back twice in one holiday weekend!”

I wish we could stay longer. The beds are wonderful, can't hear other lodgers. We stayed here on Monday and Sunday of a holiday weekend. Loved it!!

“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE”

Extremely courteous staff, very clean. We had a problem with the water not working in our room and the staff qucikly moved us to an adjoining room then gave usa $10 gift card to Chili's for the slight inconvenience. I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

Go to Frank's Italiian restaurant just a short walk from hotel. Great authentic Italian at very modest prices.

“Great Van Buren Hotel”

This hotel was excellent! We went on vacation and stayed in 4 different hotels and this one was the best we wished this was the one that we stayed in for our 4 nights stay instead of just one night. I would highly recommend this hotel, it was well maintained and the staff was wonderful, and very friendly. If your ever in this area, staying at this hotel is a MUST. For the best it was a steal. It was the best rate of all our hotels, and by far the best. You will enjoy your stay for sure. If I had to add one thing to the hotel room, it would be a mini fridge. That was the only down side thing that I could find.

“I'm impressed”

Hampton Inns are usually delightful, peaceful places to stay. This hotel was no exception. The amenities are comfortable. Easy access to the interstate just added to the pleasantness of our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

“Nicely tucked away”

This property is nicely tucked away off AR 59 and far enough away from I-40 to be out of the noise zone. The staff are ver accomadating and the property is in great condition. The room was in impeccable condition and all the amenities worked.

Area recommendations

Be sure to visit downtown Van Buren and check out the old west at the Anheuser- Busch building. The bar can be seen through the window and has bullet holes in it from the wild west days.

“Very clean and comfortable!”

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, but the breakfast food was not of a very high quality. The hotel was clean and well equipped. I enjoyed having fresh coffee always available. Thanks for the great stay.

Shopping

Downtown antiquing was very fun. We bought some Imported pottery. It is quite colorful and fun!
