“Never again”

Bathroom sink and tub both leaked. The room looked nothing like the pictures shown on web site. Breakfast ends at 9 really on a weekend!

“Awesome hotel”

This hotel is awesome. My dog got into some used oil and was completely covered. He was gonna just stay in the back pf my truck but the lady at the desk insisted I bring him in. She gave me some dawn and a bunch of old towels that were gonna get thrown away to clean him with. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast the next morning was very nice also. Do not pass up this hotel. Oh yea the outback across the street will deliver to your room also.

“Ok stay, but...”

The hotel itself is an older hotel, no elevator, so if stairs are an issue, request ground floor. Also highly recommend that you leave well before checkout. During my stay a housekeeper knocked twice, didn't wait for an answer, and unlocked the door and came right on in. I was in my nightgown about to get dressed, thankfully my nightgown was long enough that it covered everything. She did apologize, but then perceeded to question me as to if and when I would be checking out of the hotel. My mood went from shocked to angry real quick.

“absolutely hated it”

we had a lot of problems with our hotel. alarm clock didn't work right,not given enough towels for # of checked in guests, toilet ran all night,at breakfast the following morning, the "hot" part of the buffet was stone cold

“Aspen hotel Ft. Smith, Arkansas”

Great stay and the nicest, most accomodating staff. Loved the full breakfast. It was ready, quick, had cereal, fruit, juices, coffee, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, plus scrambled eggs and bacon, and even hard boiled eggs to grab if you were in a hurry. Major restaurants were just outside the door, Outback, Chilis, Applebees and Chick Fil A. I really appreciated the free shuttle service, but it only runs Monday through Friday, so I had to get a Taxi to take me to the airport on the weekend. Overall a great stay.

“Top Hotel in Fort Smith”

This one rates a 5 on a scale of 1 to 5. These folks really know how to make you feel at home. The place is clean and quiet with a staff that just can't wait to help you. A+++++++

“Impressed”

This hotel is one of the best values I have found in recent years. the hotel is clean,good location , offers excellant service and a very friendly staff. The room and bath large enough to comfortably accomadate 2 people.

“OK hotel ... clean, but somewhat dated”

Hotel was clean, but somewhat dated. Staff and location ok. Bed nice and comp breakfast ok. Having said that, I personally would likely book a different room next time if overnight in this location and pay the difference.

“Best hotel experience in our drive across the U.S.”

We drove from Arizona to Florida, then to North Carolina, Arkansas and back to Arizona. We enjoyed our stay at the Aspen hotel more than any other hotel on our trip. I went to the lobby to get a cup of coffee and the lady at the desk hurried to make a fresh pot of decaf. They called our room shortly after arrival to see if all was o.k. It was much better than o.k. The hotel is very new, immaculate, the staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was great. Our king sized room was really lovely. It had a refrigerator and microwave. It was not only our best hotel experience on the trip, but it was the least expensive. I certainly would stay there again and would highly recommend it to others.
