“Wife's 60th & She Loved It”
Let's just say that my wife's 50th was 9-11-01 So to make up for that she needed to be pampered, and she was to the MAX at this resort! From the time of our arrival to the departure was a pleasure. She loved the spa, facial's, and other treatments she received. Everyone from Charlie's to the parking attendants were on top of there game. We had a great stay and will return. Only downside was the dinner cruise was out of service, however they did upgrade us to a bay side room! Which was excellent!
“NICE ROMANTIC GETAWAY”
The resort is fantastic! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Anything that we needed was readily available. The only negative thing to say was the fee for parking. whether you let valet or parked your vehicle yourself you still had to pay a daily fee. It wasn't cheap! When your staying at the resort you shouldn't have to also pay to park a vehicle on that property.
“Absolutely Perfect!!”
My husband and I recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with a stay at the Sanibel Harbour Marriot. The hotel, pools and grounds are extremely beautiful. The location on the San Carlos Bay with views of the causeway, islands and spectacular sunset every evening was fantastic. Diane, front desk manager, and the rest of the hotel staff treated us like royalty. They greeted us with warm smiles and a friendly hello every day. With the help of Peggy and Susan, I planned a surprise anniversary dinner on the beach in a private cove. It was a most memorable evening with excellent service provided by Chris and delicious food prepared by Chef Trevor. The entire week was one we'll always remember. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration so special!
“Wish I could live there! Want to return and soon!”
This resort was beautiful and peaceful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning enjoying my coffee and watching the pelicans, dolphins and boats in the bay.
“Fort Myers Honeymoon!!”
The staff here was incredible. Always hapy to help you out and make your time there as happy and worry-free as possible. We went at a slower time of year and it was the best time to go. There were at most 5 people in the pool at one time. The hotel told us that the best time to come is after august 20 until november. The service was phenominal. We told them it was our honeymoon and they upgraded our room and sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. This hotel is a must stay. If you're a little money conscious though, there is a $15 a day resort fee, and a $12 overnight parking fee, which expedia tells you in the information. It was well worth the extra money though because you really need a car to visit the surrounding areas.
“Weekend Getaway”
Parking expensive, no beachfront ( yes waterfront - not swimmable ). Hotel run down, needs rehab. Blood on couch cushion in room. Somewhat isolated from Fort Meyers.
“A resort worth a second stay!”
We, 2 adults with 2 kids (10,14) stayed at the resort for 5 nights arriving from Orlando where we enjoyed Disney Park and Universal Studios. Therefore we all were keen to relax a bit. We booked at the resort the endless summer package including a room with 2 queensize beds. The packaged also included breakfast for 2 and a resort credit. Arriving at the resort we had a warm welcome and quick check-in although we did the booking online just 15 minutes before. We got a room upgrade with seaview. It was clean and large. AC was very silent using auto fan mode. We received the breakfast coupons the morning after and we positively astonished that we got 4/day instead on 2. This saved us another 26$/day. Thanks to Resort management! Breakfast was excellent starting from bread, jogurt, fruits, muffins, smoked salmon, scrambeled eggs, hashed browns etc. etc.. After having had breakfast we went to one of two large pools where we found enough chairs and umbrellas. Service was excellent at the pool. Guests are allowed to fish at the peer that belongs to the hotel. You can get a ready to fish equipement for free, some frozen shrimps baits for few dollars. Ask for best time to fish as this depends on tide. Catching fishes is very easy. You can also rent kajaks, jet skis, speed boots directly at the resort as well as booking fishing tours there. We also had dinner at the resort restaurant. Steaks were superb as well as the burgers, wraps and salads. In a nutshell we can recommend this hotel.
“Can't wait to to back”
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location is just right. The room's view was all that we hoped for. Just one complaint- the food. They need to hire a new chef. The food was too salty and not very tasty. However, the presentation of the dishes was up to par.
“Excellent Weekend Getaway”
They had everything we needed for a 4 day getaway! We jet-skiied, took a sunset dolphin cruise, took a cab to Ft Myers beach to parasail, and their spa is AMAZING!!! I mean, absolutely excellent. Will be coming again!
“Beautiful hotel with great location”
The hotel was beautiful. The view from the pool was fantastic, a stunning view of the sunset everynight. Everyone on the staff was so helpful and friendly, always asking us if we needed anything more. The concierge was a pleasure to talk to. She was very helpful, our plans went a lot smoother with her "golden touch". The location was great, very close to Sanibel and Ft. Myers. Would definately go back!
