“Sanibel Arms West was perfect”

Our condominium was very clean, modern, fully equipped and steps to the ocean. We shopped at the market down the street and only went out to dinner once on the other Coast! We would highly recommend Sanibel Arms West the whole trip was just so very comfortable for us having stayed there. We would definitely return-

“Great Sanibel Condo Development!”

My family and I were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the 2 bedroom/2 bath condo unit we rented. We enjoyed our stay, were close to the beach and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. I recommend Sanibel Arms West as a great, family place to stay!

“Great Vacation”

We couldn't have been more pleased with the room, the hospitality of the neighbors, as well as the people in the office. They offered us 3 rooms to make sure that we were satisfied with what we chose. I would definitelty recommend this place to friends, family, etc.

I only wished we were closer to Captiva as the beaches out there were nicer.

May - except there is a lovebug problem during first and second week of May. They don't bite, just very annoying.

“So convienent”

It's a great hotel. Easy to get to from the causway without having to travel the lenght of the island. If You fish you could walk,drive or ride your bike to the pier The staff was excelent, and they made renting bikes (I rented for the week) easy. If you want a great vacation ths is the place to go. When going out to eat gets old, you can grill on one of the two gas grills and enjoy home cooking They thought of everthing and if not then you only have to ask.

“Good value for the price - great beach, everything you need”

Sanibel Arms West is a very clean, tidy property. Beach access was excellent and neighborhood was attractive and convenient. Property was very quiet (nice!) from about 9 p.m. until a reasonable hour of the morning. Architecturally uninteresting (unit was basically a box), but noticeably larger than most vacation condos we have rented. Unit was extremely clean and well-stocked, including things we didn't expect, such as beach towels, plastic wrap, vacuum cleaner (lots of sand with two kids) and a cooler. Grounds were as neat as the condo - well-kept and not a thing out of place. Laundry facility had unusually large number of machines and there was no waiting to use them. Only suggestion for improvement is that the bedding was worn out and pillows and mattresses were old and not as comfortable as they should have been. Outdoor pool was pleasant but overheated. We would stay there again.

“Wonderfully spacious condo”

Our condo was exceptionally clean. We were not facing the beach but didn't have far to walk. The pool is a bit small and the often-unused clubhouse next to it gave the pool area a slightly dismal feel. The first three to four days of our stay we could not get our hands on a beach chair since weekend groups had taken all of them and kept them. Even when we did get two chairs for our family of four, the chairs were small, rusty, and wobbly. The condo was quite spacious with both front and back porch areas. Beds were very comfortable. Overall we thorougly enjoyed our stay, with the exception of the beach chair problem.

“Very nice, Very quiet, mostly retired folks...OUR condo was perfect!!”

First time there, island is quiet & relaxing, not much to do but, sun,sleep, & eat ,but, came home sooo relaxed. Fun looking for shells on the beach.

“Sanibel Arms West was the Best”

This was our 5th trip to Sanibel and Sanibel Arms West was by far the best Condo we stayed at. It was very spacious, clean and furnished adequately. It faced the pool and was so pretty at night when the lights were on. The pool was heated and very comfortable. A short walk to the beach with beach chairs provided. The weather was perfect for our week in December 85 almost every day.
