“Great vacation spot!”
A beautiful condo in a beautiful setting! The closest thing to paradise that we have seen. We can't wait to go back.

“Loved it!”
Loved our stay at Pointe Santo de Sanibel. The unit was clean, bright and very roomy. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The view was spectacular!!! We would definetly return. Loved it!!!!
“Sanibel Island”
Pointe Santo was a beautiful place to stay. It is right on the beach with beach chairs provided. There is a beautiful pool with chairs also. Room was decorated with beautiful furniture and had a nice balcony from which we could see the pool, small lake which surrounds the pool area, and the Gulf of Mexico. I would not hesitate to go there again.
“Grounds well-maintained”
The two bedroom condo was fully equipped and had a wonderful, large master bath. I would request this one again.

The room was excellent. We loved the pool and the great view of the ocean!! We would stay at Pointe Santo again!! The Bubble Room was great!!! Sanibel Island is a wonderful vacation spot!!
“Extremely Disappointed”
We stayed in unit D-23. When we checked in the first thing we noticed was terribly stained carpets. The unit also had small gnat type bugs on everything.Both toilets handles were broken. The 2nd day we were without water from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM. The third day there was constant drilling going on and the enitre building vibrated from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM making it impossible to sleep or even watch TV. Extremely disappointed with the unit and the response from the rental agency. Pointe Santo appeared to be a nice development but this unit was a disaster.
