“Great Staff”

We stayed for 9 days and enjoyed each and every one of them. The entire staff was personable and very accomadating. CAN DO attitude. The only thing we think they should add is live music at Bongo's.

“25th wedding anniversary”

The staff was very helpful, the room could not have been nicer, and the buffet breakfast in the morning was the best

“Very impressed with Hotel/Limited Menu Choices in Restaurant”

Our accomodations at the hotel were fabulous! We stayed in the Sanibel View building and had just that....a beautiful view of Sanibel Island from our screened in veranda. The hotel was neat and clean and the staff were wonderful. The only drawback is they have very limited menu choices in JoJo's Bar and Grill and Coconut Cafe. Still, when we asked at dinner time if we could order off the lunch menu, they were happy to accomodate us. Now that's great customer service! Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be going back!

“It was absolutely devine.”

This was the most relaxing vacation I've ever taken. We enjoyed it so much we plan on making it an annual event. P.S. The sun in FL is much hotter than up north so take your sunscreen:) I learned the hard way. Ouch!

“Fantastic beach getaway”

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is on the very end of the beach so is not crowded in with the "touristy" places in the middle. Really neat pool for kids with rock and waterfalls, and also a "quiet" pool with its own tiki bar on the property if you are looking for a more relaxed setting.

“Already planning return trip”

The Pink Shell was fabulous! The service was outstanding and the facilities were incredible. We were hosting our daughter's wedding at Pink Shell and they took care of everything. We are already planning to return for another stay - would not change a thing.

“Already planning our next trip back!!”

The Pink Shell is a great resort! We were in the 1 bedroom villa in the main building. The room was very spacious and my teenager didn't complain about sleeping on the sofabed. We were all very comfortable. The free breakfast was great! There was plenty of choices that we didn't get tired of eating there every morning. Had plenty of activities to keep us all happy and was just a short walk down the beach to the "Time Square" which is full of shops & restaurants. My only complaint was only one elevator was working and would take forever. We were on the second floor so we used the stairs alot. I would definately recommend this resort to anyone traveling with children of all ages!!

“Nice place and comfy beds with great views”

Very nice on top end on Ft Myers. Good food at poolside restaurants. Typical burgers, salads, etc.. Main pool kept at a warm temp. Good for November weather.

“very nice hotel”

The ammenities were great, especially the kids pool area. Beach is wonderful and food is good. The only bad thing I have to say is that the elevators in the thrd building are not air conditioned and get very hot very quickly. (all other elevators in the hotel are air conditioned.)
