“Great view”

I had read previous reviews on this place before I went, and I had got the impression you could see dolphins and manatees from your balcony. Well.... you can! My first morning I went out with my two year old and asked her to look for dolphins. At that moment, we saw one jump right in front of us.It was incredible. There were also a few manatees that swam in the water in front of our balcony for a few days. It was a very enjoyable view. Our condo was great, with full kitchen for bringing in groceries.

“Close to most things, but away from noise.”

When we first got there the room smelled musty, but opened the door and it went away. Only one complaint and that was the bathroom rug in front of the sink needed washing and the carpet in the bed area needs to be shampooed. Was great and would go back again. Easy to get in and out of, to and from Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Springs, Naples and wherever you want to go. Beach right there. Also new heaters for hot tub and pool.

“Would go back...”

This is not a hotel, it is a condo. (No front desk, room service, security etc.) It was small but comfortable and adequate, with breathtaking views, balcony and full kitchen. Clean towels are supplied daily, bed is made but sheets not changed, no cleaning is done. Keys need to be picked up at a hotel a few miles away, (not mentioned on itinerary printout). Fantastic accomodations if you are not looking for luxury and service. Would definately return!!

“Lover's Key -- Watch the Dolphins Play”

The location of this hotel makes it worth a stay -- the views are spectacular, the beaches are endless and being able to see Dolphins play on a daily basis makes it truly unique place.

Lovely setting to watch wildlife and gaze at the ocean. Very convenient to amenities and entertainment.

“Great place to stay”

This resort is a condominium, not a hotel. There is minimal maid service (make bed, change towels) There are no restaurants on the property, but one next door in walking distance. Full kitchen was great for when you stay at the pool all day. Pool and beach area were great. Has a BBQ area with grills. Not far from Ft. Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. Good bars and restaurants about 1 mile away. Will definatley go back next year.

“The perfect spot for romance”

First - this was not a "hotel" as we were expecting. It was a condo. We were expecting to stay at the Lovers Key Resort - in the end, this was BETTER. The location was adjacent to the state park beach - so we could walk outside and have five miles of secluded beach to walk - almost completely to ourselves! The trollee service does not pick you up on the grounds as the sign indicates, but rather it picks you up on the main road just outside the resort - rides are 50cents each way, or if you have no car like us - an all week pass is 12.50 - well worth it. Although you do have to be careful of return times, they stop running around 7:30pm - but a taxi ride was only $13 and again, well worth it.

Great view of the bay off the deck. The room was cramped with furniture considering its size, extremely small kitchen/living area. The kitchen cabinetry was cheap and outdated. The sofa was a pullout sofabed, but I do not see how a person could have pulled it out in that room considering all the other furniture and tiny space. Other condos I saw were nicer although still small. The condos are privately owned so be choosy about your condo.

The high rise condo was very nice, great view, very good people. Quiet, heated pool. In my opinion near the best restaurant in the area, Flippers. We viewed many dauphins from our balcony along with many large birds.
