“Great room”

The room was very spacious, and the bed was great. Nice arrangement with desk and sofa area separate from sleeping area. Everything was very clean and well kept. The free wifi was very quick. Our only complaint was the breakfast. They were out of many things, and could not keep up with the crowd at breakfast. No oatmeal for a couple of days because,"the truck hadn't come." Except for the mediocre breakfast, the hotel was very nice. No ambiance in the location, but conveniently located off I-75.

“Very nice and clean hotel but far from everything”

The rooms are great with a pull out sofa bed if you are travelling with kids. Everything was clean and modern with a big beautiful flat screen that you can view from the bed or the sofa (spins). Only downside was the location. Neighborhood was nice and safe just kind of isolated, though close to I-75 so quickly accessible. I was also disspointed that warm breakfast items (such as eggs, waffles, etc) were not included in the breakfast buffet - you had to pay extra. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and the whole place was impeccable.

“Choose different room”

Overall satisfied - this was business trip and hotel location and amenities were as expected. However, the little fridge in the room was not plugged in (no outlet present) - little annoyance. Be aware of rooms on ground floor near rear exit doors. Rear doors are very noisy when they are being open, even more noisy when they close. Might wake you up at 5 am as hotel personnel uses them early in the morning. You are going to be better off selecting room on second floor.

“Red Sox Weekend GetaWay”

2 thing that botherd us. No. 1 NO PHONE BOOK or GUEST INFO package in the hotel room.. Went to the front desk to inquire why, and we were told they don't have them. I said if would be nice to see what and where the Resturants were and what were available. She said see could look one up for me. I said that I wanted to look. She did not offer me the book. No.2 The morning Contential Buffet was always running out of offerings. Tried it three days in a row. Same results. Finially, went out to eat. The Hotel is quiet and out of the way. That was good, but not eateries were local. Anywhere from 10 mins to 30 mins away, and again NO GPS to reference from and no book to look up.

The contenential breakfast was a little lacking, little fresh fruit.

“exlusive - if you get it - take it”

the staff was very friendly, i feel welcome and they helped us a lot for searching beaches and shopping. "Please do´nt go to Fort Myers Beaches - you have to wait there about 2 h for trip and no parking available"

“Relaxing Family Vacation”

Hyat Place is a wonderful hotel, rooms are clean, hallways and pool area well maintained, staff friendly and efficient, food available 24/7, access to I-75 very convenient (recommend mapping out destinations to take advantage of I-75 exits). It is a little longer than expected for beach access; however, there are many other fun and family-friendly places nearby to visit.

“Hyatt place Ft. Myers”

Hotel is close to I75 but not much else. It is a fairly new hotel but the first room I was assigned had a moldy smell and the bathroom was not clean. The bathroom had hair on the floor and a melted soap in the shower. The second room was fine and the audio visual hookups to the flat screen are nice. Overall a nicely appointed hotel.

“Great Hotel Overall, I would consider going back”

I enjoyed my stay. I felt it was very unfortunate that the hotel would not consider giving me a few extra hours to check out instead of checking out at noon, since I had chose to spend 6 days with them. I do feel the staff can be a little more professional and the hotel should consider their visitors request.
