“Nice Hotel in 'SURPRISE" Location”

We spent an extended period in the Fort Myers/Naples/Marco Island areas and had a wonderful time. This praticular hotel had gotten rave reviews from other travelers and we tried it for a few days. We were not familiar with the growth areas of Ft. Myers and found this location across the street from new apartments that had been in various stages of construction that were abandoned three or four years ago. There are a lot of vacant lots around the Hotel. It is not located by very much. We traveled significant distances to the points of interest we sought. Ft. Myers huge growth in the past decade has really spread the place out. The hotel itself and its service/breakfast are great.

“Comfortable with good service.”

Close to interstate for those on the move or visiting several sites. Not as close to Sanibel and beaches as we would have preferred. Staff very helpful for directions and recommendations for restaurants, beaches, preserve, and Edison Winter Estate visits. Very good breakfast included.

“Easy place to stay”

Very friendly staff, no surprises - breakfast "standard". The Garmin instructions are a bit weird likely due to the way the service drives are routed, but since you can see the place, no worries...

“Pleasantly surprised”

The entire staff made it obvious that our comfort and satisfaction was their #1 priority. I even went down to the front desk to let them know how pleased we were with all of the services of the hotel. I don't remember ever doing that at a hotel before!

“Great Stay”

This hotel was great! Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was better than most, and it is in walking distance to a Dairy Queen! We will stay here again!

“Couldn't have asked for more”

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything worked, and the furniture was comfortable -- the room was really well appointed and clean. And the room was well insulated and quiet. I dealt with 3 different front desk staff members during my time there, and all three were friendly, welcoming, and bent over backwards to help me out (e.g., writing down directions and providing options to meet my needs). I was in Fort Myers for a funeral, but would consider going back for a vacation just because I loved the hotel and staff so much.
