“Will go back!!”

We loved it, the Diamondhead Resort is wonderful. We have gone 3 times and will go back. The staff is really friendly and more than happy to help if you need anything or have questions. The resort is clean and close to everything within walking distance on Ft. Myers Beach. We enjoy walking down the beach to hear the live music at the different restaurants in the evening, always something to do.

“Great Ocean front location”

Have stayed at this resort several times. The hotel employees are just great!! I like everything about this Resort. I will be back, maybe even this fall.

“Great place on the beach!”

What a great place to stay! We loved the view from our balcony. My husband and I had our own "room within the room" with a king-sized bed and tv and our 6 year old had the sleeper pull out bed with a tv in the main living room/kitchenette for him. The front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful....there were kids activities if we wanted them. I would stay there again!!!

“Top hotel on the beach.....”

Very nice place, very clean, staff is great, location is perfect. If your going to stay on Fort Meyers Beach this is the place to do so.

“Very nice hotel”

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, even finding some beach and pool toys for our kids to use during our stay. We were also given a beach-view upgrade, which was very nice. The room was very clean and maintained. When the power went out due to a thunderstorm, the back-up generator quickly came on. Also, the emergency evacuation warning, though not loud on the balcony, did work quite well when the hotel was struck by lightning and caused a small fire. No damages to the hotel and everyone was back in their rooms in short order. TVs should be upgraded to flat panels.

Excellent service and hospitality -- people very helpful and courteous. accomodations were better than anticipated and would recommend to anyone. Stay was pleasant and relaxing.

“Good expereince”

The hotel was great! Clean. The suite gave us the ability to save money by making some things at the hotel (although there is no oven/stovetop just a fridge and utensils). Went during the off-season so there was some digging in the ocean near us which was a drag but ft myers and the hotel were perfect.

The Hotel was nice and clean. Great view of the Gulf of Mexico. Nice pool and spa area. Good place for families to stay.

“Great location with a few suggestions...”

This is definitely the best hotel on the beach! The pool was great, our room was comfortable, and the view/location was awesome! We spent a lot of time on our balcony overlooking the ocean. The service was impeccable as well; thoughtful touches like free use of a crib, and you really felt like they cared how your stay was. All these things help to overlook the minor issues--$26/per day use of hotel beach chairs (seriously?) and a few small holes in the comforter and balcony screen. Overall a great stay!

“Fort Meyer's Best Hotel on the beach!!”

This is by far the best hotel on Ft. Meyers Beach....The only bad thing I have to say is that I couldn't stay longer!!
