The hotel was exeptional! It was very convenient to a lot of places and the shuttle service was also great. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were down there to see the Twins play for Spring Training. It was our fourth year down there and now we finally found a hotel we want to come back to!!

My experience with this hotel was great right from the shuttle pick up at the airport...great location...wonderful employees...clean room and public areas...restaurant on site...easy access to public transportation...would highly recommend and stay here again.

Awesome place. Everyone was so nice and kind. Stayed on the 5th floor. As I was travelling on business and by myself (female) I really appreciated the extra security for the 5th floor guests. Everyone was professional, upbeat, happy and obviously enjoyed their jobs. Way to go!

Although the property is in need of some serious upgrading - the customer service was awesome. I travel5-6 times per year and often stay in 4 and 5 star hotels. The customer service here was THE BEST I have ever experienced!

“Clean and Comfortable”

Friendly, professional staff, safe area and a decent rate thru Expedia (with flights and car rental). The only thing that I thought could be improved upon was the room temperature and the loudness of the air conditioner. I turned the thermostat up so it would turn off, then it got a little too humid. But overall was very clean and comfortable.

Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Area had great seafood, bar and grill food at surrounding eateries. Good location

Most everything was fine with this hotel except for a noisy compressor of some sort that cycled on and off all night every few minutes. Just loud enough to make it a difficult night.
