“Great value in summer (out of season)”
The hotel is exactly what one would expect Marriott Courtyard would be - well designed, airy and spacious lobby. The breakfast area and buffet are particularly nice - a wide variety of quality food, sometimes freshly squeezed OJ, with excellent friendly service. While it may seem to be the last hotel to have done so in Florida, it finally replaced its hard-wired internet with WiFi. The WiFi speed was pretty good for free hotel internet. Rooms are comfortable but European style - with toilet/shower in one room and sink outside. Furniture and bed are comfortable. Plenty of parking, good value during out of season summer but prices almost double during winter - and with a competitor hotel right next door!
“Good hotel, fair price”
Typical of a Marriott property, this is a good place to stay. Convenient to airport and sites around Ft Myers.

We found the staff friendly and helpful finding addresses in the area. Directions were easy to follow.
“No restaurants for miles open after 11 pm!!! Not worth Marriott pricing!”
Our view was the pool, up close and too personal. Outdated tv and coffee maker didn't work. Elevator kind of slow and jumpy. Signature Marriott Linens were not up to par on course with Marriott chain expectations. We did get a no hassel late check-out!
“Merry Christmas experience”
My family and I stay at this hotel four or five times a year because my wifes sister lives in Fort Myers, so we have tried many other places and for the money and what you get for your money (breakfest, internet, ect.) it is a very good deal. The hotel was clean and very friendly and the breakfest was included which was very good.
“ALRIGHT”
Checked in at night and the desk attendant wasn't very helpful. I took it up with the manager the next morning and she worked everything out to my satisfaction. The breaksfast was good. We only stayed one night.
“Comfortable with Ammenities”
The Hotel had a fridge to hold our morning juice or restaurant 'doggie bag' if we could not finish our dinner. The coffee maker allowed me to boil water for my tea. The iron and ironing board came in handy to unwrinkle our packed clothes. The AC worked well and did not keep us up all night, but we were unable to figure out how to raise the temp with out turning on the heat!!! Were were there only 3 nights and just let it go. Would stay there again.
