Lauderdale/Plantation has dropped the traditional lobby and front desk in favor of a contemporary open area called the Gallery. The Gallery offers a check-in kiosk and the expertise of a 24-hour host who is available to help with check-in, guest tours, and even food preparation. The Gallery area houses the Bakery Café, which includes a coffee and wine bar and a 24-hour touch-screen kiosk for ordering freshly prepared hot and cold items; guests pay by swiping either room key or credit card. A self-help case of baked goods, salads, sandwiches, and drinks is also available 24 hours; a complimentary hot breakfast with Starbucks coffee is served each morning. The Gallery also features a TV room with seating for four, as well as an "e-room," which offers complimentary use of a computer with high-speed Internet access and a printer. Hotel-wide wireless Internet access is complimentary.
Pet Policy: For guests staying 1-6 nights, a $75 non-refundable pet fee will be administered.
