The staff are very nice. Thee room is good. But no hot water in the shower, fixed. Hair dryer is not working didn’t fixed. The area is deserted have to walk 20 min in hot and humid weather to the nearest stores.

NOT RECOMMENDED!! Dirty, rundown, malodorous and overall ‘horrid’. The bathroom light was burnt out. Wouldn’t want to use the shower due to the filth and mold. Water dripped from bathroom ceiling as one tried to use the toilet. Leaking tap continued all night. Beetle/cockroach on bed sheets. Noisy road and people outside doors were easily heard. No breakfast (as it ended at 9 but no one told you this at checkin). And their ‘shuttle’ to Port Everglades was $15 per person (so we got an Uber instead - $15 for all of us). Staff was mediocre. Other dismayed patrons were far more helpful. Only there for overnight, and we were very happy to get out of there!!

They lost my reservation, our plane didn't get in until 6:30. The shuttle was late. Other than that everything else was fine. The person at the desk was rude. The room needs some updates.

The room is dark and old. $217.00 was supposed to be a deluxe suite with a king size bed. 2 queens instead. $100 safety deposit. Noisy on the side facing the road. NO HOT WATER!!!!

The hotel was a bare minimum. The beds were clean. There was no refrigerator, no trashcan and no microwave. There were some homeless people around the hotel. The carpet was dirty and needed to vacuum. The worst part, I woke up and saw a cockroaches on the wall by the sink.

The place is way overpriced for the condition that it's in everything is old nothing is updated. I reserve my room and when I got inside my room there was no remote control for the TV. I called the front office three different times I was put on hold each time for more than 5 minutes and was led to believe that the maintenance man would bring the remote to my room. Come to find out the last phone call I made to the front office I was the one that had to inconvenience myself and walk all the way to the front office which is an eighth of a mile where my room was at while there's three people behind the desk not doing anything. Poor customer service and laziness

We stayed in room 130 . The floors felt slippery and the bottom of our socks got so dirty we threw them away. I even showed the guy at the front desk. The closest and bathroom doors are so out of line you could not close them properly. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was falling off on the floor We feel that the room might have had a lot of water damage at one time.

Was not expecting a 4 star hotel, but was expecting clean. Front desk worker while nice, was on a cell phone call (on speaker) and whom ever they were talking with was using extremely foul language. The other customers felt uncomfortable with that. Bathtub is moldy, did not drain and bathroom door does not close, bathroom faucet not secured. Sheets were not clean, floor was filthy. Will not stay here again.

We arrived after 9pm, which meant the lobby was closed and we checked in through a little glass window. It did not give us a comfortable or safe feeling. Hotel is right on a busy highway and extremely noisy. Shuttle from airport stops running at 11pm.

The beds were comfortable, but there were some issues with the elevator, and we were on the fifth floor. The rooms need some renovations, the tub was in poor repair, and the floor tiles were cracked. We were told hotel shuttle was a part of our stay with Days Inn FLL Florida, We were left stranded at the airport for over an hour. Numerous calls to the hotel desk was lip service with empty promises that the driver was on his way. When we checked in after a terrorizing taxi cab ride totaling $32, the desk clerk told us Gene ,the driver did not come to work that day. Later we found out we were left stranded so Gene could pick up a large group of 10 guests.Shame on you days Inn! Your bathroom was filthy, moldy and gross. Room 527 did not have a working phone, and was not clean. You owe us refund on the taxi fare and a big apology.

Property is very different from the pictures. Reception is in a separate building and rooms were not safe as outsiders were loitering outside room asking for money. It was a terrible experience. The location is pathetic , property is in a pathetic condition . The walls were falling apart . The sheets were torn , the doors didnt lock properly , the area was very scary . Many starange people were walking all around the property askjng money from you all the time . I was shifted to 5 rooms…the first was already in use, the second was dirty with old food in the fridge, the third had bugs and cobwebs on the walls, the fourth had black mold on the ceiling and the last room ended up with a leak under the sink. The shuttle to the cruise post was a joke and I had to call a Lyft. Never again!!!!!

Airport transportation was missing in action for 2 hours, the hotel could not get ahold of the driver. Had to take an Uber instead. The cleanliness of the room was awful, towels were dirty, could not take a shower because there was only scolding hot water only, and to top it off there were cockroaches crawling all over the room. We will NEVER book this hotel again!!!

The price was nice and the front desk attendant when we first arrived was both helpful and professional. We needed maintenance in our bathroom and after waiting an hour had to cancel so we could go to sleep. In the morning the maintenance wasn't available until after we needed to head out. The incoming desk person did have better problem solving skills and gave us a key to room next door to have a working bathroom. Not ideal, but we made it work. There was a homeless camp across the street in our window view...kind of unsettling. If your expectations are super low and you need to save money it's the only way I could recommend this place.

HORRIBLE- deadbolt on door broke. Pics of room not even close to how dirty & run down the rooms are. Very musty smelling. Buffett consisted of nasty eggs.
