Was hoping to get away, as per photos, enjoy a nice, quiet clean mini apartment but that wasn’t the case. Room had a very off putting smell and smelt old and like an ash tray. There was trash under the sink that hadn’t been emptied, only two small towels to bathe with that smelt like mold, dirty tub and cold shower water only. The walls are paper thin and I could hear slamming, running, even sneezing. There was three extremely large “booms” in the middle of the night, which sounded a lot like gunshots, screaming and yelling. Didn’t feel safe at all. “Breakfast” was just oatmeal packets and granola bar. For the hefty price, this was extremely disappointing. I would not reccomend and I feel as if it was most definitely a waste of money :(

The checking person switched my stay from 8days to 7days without my permission. I am not going back to that extended stay. The check out person was not pleasant or helpful. The whole place is a mess. I stayed a couple times last year and it was much better. My 2nd nite no one answer the buzzer trying to get towels. Guess they were sleeping.

I really didn’t like anything about this extended-stay would not recommend this extended-stay to a dog because the staff is terrible. The room smells the lobby smells.

The Extended Stay had a bad smell, noisy, rude front desk, agents and management, only 2 people at the front Desk was good and that’s COREY and an older lady. I can’t remember her name but she works 11 to 7 from Dave Katrina and Donna they need to go to class for customer service skills and how they treat the guess and make sure your room are sanitize clean before renting them.

when we arrived everything was fine until i saw the tub in the bathroom, it was full of mold, granted we only were staying one night so me and my friend got some bleach spray and sprayed the entire tub and bathroom down, it was like it was never cleaned from people previous even the shower head was disgusting, we sprayed all of it down with bleached and wiped it all down we even showered with a towel on the floor, they need to do better and i saw dead roaches by the elevator other than that we slept okay, we were only in town for a concert and just needed a rest stop.

This was a very dirty place. There was hair in the bed. The bathroom was SOOO OUTDATED I hated to use it. I in fact washed up on the kitchen sink and only used the commode in the bathroom. NEVER AGAIN. I EVEN HAD BITES ON MY BODY.

Requested a second key. Advised there weren’t any. Basic amenity of a hair dryer was not in the room. When requested the front desk staff member responded that if there wasn’t one in the room then there wasn’t one available. Breakfast of muffins or oatmeal selection limited and muffins were not available the second day. The first day there were two left in the bin. We were told those were the only 2 available. One was blueberry and one chocolate. We both wanted blueberry. Front desk clerk was rude and abrupt. Sink in room draining slowly. Will not stay there again..wasn’t the stay we were expecting. Very disappointed

It is convenient; accessible to a number of stores. However the rooms are in need of upgrade. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was dusty. The shower was ridden with dark stains that look like mildew. The breakfast was just simply packaged oats, limited muffins and coffee and tea. I will never stay here again and I would not recommend staying here.

Poor service ; reservation said that breakfast was included… well that was only coffee and a muffin (when available) that tasted sand beach ! Floor room was sticky ; no hair dryer, even if we asked the reception. Ran out of facial tissue and asked the reception for a box… well he didn’t know what that was ! ! ! I will never stay at this hotel brand and will never recommend to somebody to stay there at all.

The room literally had roaches. Tiny roaches. I alerted the front desk and was told they had no availability for another room and no type of bug spray or anything to eliminate the problem. I searched around but the hotels in the area were all booked and it was a one night stay. I went to the store and bought bug spray. Ten minutes later all the roaches came out of hiding to die. If i could have found another hotel i would have been out of there in a second.... but i will always remember this hotel and will never stay at this property or any other location.

This Hotel is very close to the mall and target. Was able to walk and get groceries since we stayed here because our cruise was delayed 2 days. Staff was so friendly and helped find all the cook wear we needed since we cooked our meals in our room. Kitchen area was very clean and nicely set up. And not a far bus ride to the Hard rock hotel and casino. The location and staff made me feel so much better since stranded for 2 extra days not planned. Would highly recommend this hotel and stay again
