“Will return”

I work for a 4 Star Hotel in Canada and I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Fort Lauderdale. Hotel is under going renovations but when complete this hotel will be great. The only problem that I found was the elevator; it is very slow. Breakfast just okay but the restaurant across the street "Ernie's" is fabulous. Everyone must try the french toast for breakfast, and the sandwich for lunch or dinner. Will be back for my next cruise as transportation to Port Everglades is included.......

Staff was nice, very helpful. the location of the hotel is prime. close to the beach, airport, cruiseport, entertainment, food. Check out time was 11 i ask for an extra half hour and i didnt check out till 12 and it was no charge. the manager is really nice. overall it was a pleasant stay

“Not a bad place to stay”

I was expecting a suite. It was not. The carpet was dirty and it looked like the room could use a makeover. The employees went out of their way for me and I have to say that customer service was excellent.

“Dependable, friendly staff, solid amenities”

Stayed here during 2-day business trip. I recommend it, would stay again. Hotel staff very nice. Airport shuttle was on time for 6am depart. Computer in lobby for printing, very easy to use. Breakfast was more substantial than usual hotel lobby buffets. Didn't get chance to use pool but seemed good for a basic soak, well maintained. Room was clean & well maintained, had couch & desk, but nothing fancy. Neighborhood was easily navigated for 2 late dinner meals (8 & 10pm), felt safe walking about. Several restaurants of varying types. Well-stocked CVS right next door.

“Mediocre – but cheap and cheerful”

While the staff were very helpful, moving me to a quiet, upper floor room with an East view on request, the hotel is getting run down and needs a makeover, or all bargain prices. The wireless internet is free, but worked only intermittently; good service note: they tried but unsuccessfully to give me a wired connection. It's a non-smoking hotel, but my room had been smoked in at some time in the past. I stayed three nights alone while doing business, but I'd go elsewhere if I were traveling with my wife. One night before the cruise ship? Sure, but only at a very low rate.

“Fort Lauderdale”

Good hotel close to cruise port,charged 5 bucks to take us there.Only down side is there is nothing around the hotel took a bus to a mall which was great.Tampa Bay Lightning in GAME 7 and not on my tv?????????Went to local bar and they were awesome.

“close to broward general hospital”

Since I had to go to the hospital every day, it was a great location and they also had a shuttle to go there, which was great. The beds are very comfortable but the air conditionning was very noisy. The breakfast is ok. Overall, for us it was good.

we have stayed here twice before so I chose it again for location, and the breakfast they serve the breakfast was fine

No more this hotel. Emargency alarm at midnite, twice!
